Objective:To observe the clinical effect of self-made Quyu Tongluo Decoction in preventing deep vein thrombosis after surgery.Methods:Collection of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to 2015.3-2016.1 joint orthopaedic hospitalized cases 60 cases and statistics, which 30 patients from the second day after the operation began treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine blood stasis Tongluo Decoction everday on a agents until hospital discharge, the remaining 30 cases patients ware not. All patients underwent postoperative routine treatment and rehabilitation exercise, observe the changes of plasma fibrinogen and D-two polymer, the degree of limb swelling and hip Harris score.Results:Through the statistics of the patient's blood test results analysis, in two groups of patients with plasma fibrinogen and D-dimer body indexes were reduced, and the experimental group reduced ratio greater, two groups of data by t test, the difference was significant (P<0.01).In postoperative limb swelling degree and hip joint function recovery of patients in the experimental group were superior to that of the control group, two groups of data after Ridit analysis, with statistical significance(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Quyu Tongluo Decoction in the prevention of postoperative deep vein thrombosis effect significantly, and low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection and patients with functional exercise therapy, can the greatest degree of patients after security safety, the method of non-invasive painless and is worthy to be popularized.
