Clinical Study Of Xiang Pi Sheng Ji Paste For Promoting Healing Of 1?2 Diabetic Foot

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiang Pi Sheng Ji Paste on promoting the healing of diabetic foot and the Healing quality.Methods: 102 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into three groups: Xiang Pi Sheng Ji Paste group,bFGF group and Burn paste.Each group of 34 patients were treated with debridement and treated with the corresponding drugs.The symptoms were observed and recorded.Signs of healing,wound healing rate,healing time and scar healing after wound healing,and compared the three groups of comprehensive efficacy.Results:(1)Seventh days after debridement,the difference of edema,exudation and pain scores among group A,group B and group C were statistically significant(P< 0.05).(2)Seventh day after debridement,wound healing rate of group A with group B and group C the difference was quite statistically significant(P< 0.01).Fourteenth days,group A and group B,group C,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Twenty-first days,the difference between paste A and group B was not statistically significant,compared with group C,the difference was quite statistically significant(P<0.01).Twenty-eighth days,the difference between group A and group B was not statistically significant,compared with group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The average healing time of three groups comparison was statistically significant,differences among them,group A and group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with group C,the difference was quite statistically significant(P<0.01).(4)The comprehensive curative effect had significant difference,group A,the overall effect is better than the group B and group C.(5)Skin color comparison,there was no statistical significance between the three groups.The difference of blood vessels between group A and group C was statistically significant.Comparison of scar thickness and softness,difference among group A and group B,group C,the difference was statistically significantConclusion: xiang pis heng ji paste have effect of clearing heat and relieving pain,blood stasis,can alleviate edema,relieve pain,promote wound healing,and can improve the quality of wound healing,prevention of scar hyperplasia.
