With the progress of the times,the medical market continues to open up,hospital operating models continue to innovate,and competition in the medical and health industry is fierce.In order to steadily increase economic benefits in such a fierce environment without sacrificing social benefits,medical personnel are still working hard under the 24-hour shift mechanism,and maintain and gradually improve the quality and efficiency of medical services to become hospitals.The number one problem that needs to be solved at present.Among these,performance-based compensation allocation,as an important part of economic management,is a key measure to solve the aforementioned problems.In the early 1970s,Taiwan’s hospital management master Zhang Jinwen proposed a physician fee system.The core idea is based on the physician’s labor force as a performance-based pay distribution standard,and is given to physicians in different proportions or amounts.The purpose of this design is to link the doctor’s income with his own service volume and service item price.This article uses the RM hospital medical technology system as an example,combined with the balanced scorecard method,the age-based job integration method,and the intranet integration method to try to improve the doctor’s fee system and apply it to the doctor’s performance-based remuneration,explore and establish a science,Practical,objective and systematic performance compensation plan.This article first elaborates the domestic and international environment for performance compensation.Then it outlines the theoretical basis of performance-based compensation allocation,including the commonly used methods.This highlights the new physician fees system in Taiwan in recent years.Followed by the introduction of the basic situation of performance compensation in RM hospital.Then the staff of the hospital was surveyed for satisfaction to explore the problems existing in the current program.The core part of the article is the optimal design of the performance compensation plan for doctors in RM hospitals.The author takes the medical technology system as an example to analyze and optimize the stages.From the main part of the performance compensation distribution,the detailed introduction of the implementation process of the optimization plan and the practical application of the optimization plan.Finally,it summarizes the optimization plan and puts forward the problems to be solved and the outlook.Through the optimization of the R&D performance compensation scheme for medical technology in R hospitals,the article hopes to provide the same industry with a reference for reform.
