Purpose of the research The purpose of this study is to observe the changes in vocal function and quality of vocalization in patients with vocal training combined with TCM treatment, evaluate the patient's overall vocal status in terms of subjectivity and objectiveness, further clarify the unique advantages of vocal training for treating slow throat, and discuss the long-term efficacy.Helping to establish a long-term follow-up system is of great significance in improving the clinical diagnosis and treatment system for voice training. Methods Collected from October 1,2016 to August 1,2017,the main complaints of "Voice hoarse" were presented to the otolaryngology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the Chronic hoarseness were randomized. The two groups were experimental group and control group,30 in each group. The experimental group was vocal training + Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment, the control group was pure Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment, the vocal training was once a week for 8 times, and the duration was 2 Months,Chinese herbal medicine was also taken for a period of 2 months. After 4 months of voice training and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment,60 patients in the experimental group and control group were followed up.The basic patient information was recorded mainly by telephone and scheduled return.,Efficacy Assessment Scale(Chinese Symptoms Questionnaire,VHI10 Scale,GRBAS Listening Subjective Assessment, etc.),returned to the hospital for fiberoptic laryngoscopy, computer voice analysis, and obtained valid data, collected and collated the data.Statistical methods were used to compare the hanges in the evaluation indicators before and after treatment and at follow-up,and whether there were statistical differences between the two groups of data, and finally reached a conclusion. Results Here was no statistical difference between the general conditions(gender, age, disease duration, disease type)and relevant efficacy evaluation indicators of the two groups before treatment, and the groups were comparable. After treatment, the overall effect, the experimental group(voice training + TCM syndrome differentiation treatment)cured 3 cases,6 cases markedly effective,15 cases of effective,6 cases of ineffective, the total effective rate of 80.00%;control group(TCM syndrome differentiation treatment)cured 2 cases, significantly In 4 cases,15 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 70.00%.In the follow-up period(4 months after treatment),the experimental group(voice training + TCM syndrome differentiation treatment)cured 8 cases,13 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective, and 3 were invalid. The total effective rate was 90.00%;in the control group(TCM syndrome differentiation treatment),1 case was cured,4 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 56.67%.After statistical analysis, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed. There are differences in learning, both the experimental group and the control group have a curative effect, and the overall curative effect of the experimental group after treatment and follow-up is higher than that of the control group after treatment and follow-up.Among the subjective evaluation indicators, the TCM symptom scores,VHI10 scores, and total deaf-muteness scores of the patients in the experimental group after treatment and at follow-up(4 months after treatment)were lower than those in the control group, and the maximum vocalization duration was better than that in the control group. It is statistically significant.Among the objective evaluation indicators, the values of Fo,Jitter,Shimmer, and NHR in the experimental group after treatment and at follow-up(4 months after treatment)were lower than before treatment, and were better than those in the control group. There was statistically significant difference between the groups. Conclusion Through this study,we fully affirmed the effectiveness of vocal training in improving the patient's dysphonia and improving the voice quality of patients, and it has a certain persistent effect, which can reduce the patient's concerns and provide a good data support for clinicians to promote and develop vocal training.
