| Objective:To observe the curative effect of the oral decoction of qingyanlihou after the resection of vocal cord polyps.Comparating and evaluating the difference of integrative medicine treatment and routine treatment of Western medicine through analyzing the data.To explore the effectiveness and superiority of the decoction of qingyanlihou in morphology and functional recovery of the vocal cord after phonomicrosurgery for vocal polyps,rich the perioperative treatment of vocal polyp.Methods:Screening 60 cases with surgical indications and in line with the diagnostic criteria those were resected the vocal cord polyps in department of otorhinolaryngology,Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2016.The cases were divided into treatment group and control group.Each group has 30 cases.The control group was treated with antibiotics in 1-3 days and treated with glucocorticoid inhalation in 1-7 days.The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal decoction qingyanlihou Decoction on the basis of the control group;From 7 to 14 days,the treatment group continued to use traditional Chinese medicine decoction,the control group had no drug treatment.The clinical symptoms and signs were collected before operation,Odays,7 days and 14 days after operation.The curative effect was evaluated at 7 days and 14 days after operation.Results:From the comparison of clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment,the two groups were effective,the overall effect of the treatment group was better than the control group;the treatment group in the vocal cord congestion and secondary symptoms were significantly better than the control group after 7 days and 14 days.Aftter 14 days,the total effective:the treatment group was cured in 5 cases,markedly effective in 11 cases,effective in 6 cases,ineffective 8 cases,the cure rate was 17%,the total effective rate was 73%.The control group was cured in 9 cases,markedly effective in 12 cases,effective in 7 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,the cure rate was 30%,the total effective rate was 93%.Visit after 3-6 months:the treatment group was without recurrence,the control group had 2 cases of recurrence.Conclusion:The decoction of Qingyanlihou as a treatment for vocal polyp operation has certain curative effect for the recovery of vocal function.In the early postoperative period,it is better to reduce the congestion and edema of vocal cords than to use western medicine alone.It can obviously improve the accompanying symptoms,promote the repair of vocal epithelium,accelerate wound healing. |
