| Goal: The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical value of XiaozhengSanjifang intervention in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque,treating this as a traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaques has opened up a new path for improving clinical symptoms and provides a reference for clinical rational drug use.Method: From December 2016 to December 2017,105 patients who met the criteria for inclusion in the geriatrics outpatient department of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into three groups: basic treatment group,western medicine group,and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group.The three groups of patients were routinely given a healthy lifestyle intervention: smoking quiting,alcohol restriction,light diet,proper exercise,weight control,etc.,and actively control the patient's blood pressure,stable blood sugar treatment.The basic treatment group was given aspirin 100 mg 1/day orally;the western medicine treatment group was given the basic treatment group drug + simvastatin 20 mg 1/day orally;the combination of Chinese and Western medicine group was added to the Western medicine treatment group and the Chinese herbal medicine was used to eliminate the decoction.(Zhejiang Fritillaria 10 g,Saponin 6g,Hawthorn 10 g,Lotus Leaf 20 g,Lutong 10g)1 box 2/day orally.All three groups were given standardized treatment for 4 months.The carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT),the maximum plaque thickness(Tmax),the average plaque count(N),and the Crouse plaque score were measured by carotid ultrasound.Monitoring of blood lipids,liver function,renal function and other safety indicators before and after treatment,as well as clinical symptoms and symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: The three groups of patients had certain effects in improving symptoms and scores of TCM.There was no significant difference between the baseline group and the treatment group before and after treatment(P>0.05).;Both Western medicine group and combination group were lower than the basic group(P<0.05);Western medicine group and combination group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);The three groups of patients have a certain role in the overall efficacy of TCM symptoms,and the differences between the three groups are statistically significant.The curative effect of the combination group was better than that of the basic group and the western medicine group,and the western medicine group was better than the basic group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the average plaque number(N)and Crouse plaque score of the three groups did not change significantly,and IMT and Tmax decreased compared with those before treatment.The western medicine group and the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group had statistically significant difference before and after treatment,and the curative effect was better than that of the basic treatment group.There was a significant difference in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group that added to the Xiaozheng Sanjifang Chinese medicine than before.The IMT,Tmax,N,and Crouse scores were superior to the basic treatment group and western medicine group.The TCMWM group was superior to the basic group and western medicine group in reducing TC,TG,and LDL.The difference was statistically significant,but there was no statistical difference between the three groups in raising HDL.Conclusion: It was initially concluded that the combination of Xiaozheng Sanjifang,aspirin and simvastatin in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in patients with TCM clinical symptoms and symptom scores,improvement of carotid ultrasound indexes and lowering of blood lipids was superior to western medicine alone.And did not find any serious adverse reactions related to their drugs,in the clinical significance of a certain extent. |
