| Objective Explore the relationship between serum CD147 level and carotid atherosclerotic plaques by observing the serum CD147 in the patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods: A total of 192 subjects were included,including 162 hospitalized patients with cerebrovascular disease and 30 normal physical examination personnel in the neurology department of China-Japan Union Hospital from December 2016 to December 2017.The patients’ sex,age,occupation,past history and family history were collected.Patients with cerebrovascular disease were divided into acute cerebral infarction group and non acute cerebral infarction group according to admission condition.The normal physical examination staff of the 30 cases of the group were used as the normal control group of the acute cerebral infarction and the non acute cerebral infarction group.According to carotid artery intima thickness and plaque echo condition,162 patients with cerebrovascular disease were divided into 4 groups: no plaque group,hyperechoic plaque group,mixed echo plaque group,hypoechoic plaque group.On the basis of this group,the plaque score of each patient in the hypoechoic plaque group was calculated according to the plaque integral method.The score of the plaque was 3 subgroups according to the plaque score,then the serum CD147 concentration in different subgroups was compared.All patients received fasting venous blood.Serum CD147 concentration was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The data were analyzed by corresponding statistical methods.Results: 1.The mean value of CD147 in patients with acute cerebral infarction was 128.66 ± 80.98ng/L.The mean concentration of non acute cerebral infarction group was 94.73±69.9ng/L,The mean concentration of the normal control group was 59.21±23.46ng/L,the serum CD147 concentration in the acute cerebral infarction group > the serum CD47 concentration in the non acute cerebral infarction group > the serum CD147 concentration in the normal control group(P<0.05).2.Low echo plaque group serum CD147 average concentration was 203.2±78.39ng/L,mixed plaque group serum CD147 average concentration: 107.1 ±38.14ng/L,hyperechoic plaque group mean serum CD147 concentration: 80.5±20.65ng/L;non plaque group serum CD147 average concentration of 43.5 ±10.47ng/L;The level of serum CD147 in the hypoechoic plaque group was significantly different from that of the other three groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the serum CD147 level and the enhanced echo plaque group in the mixed echo plaque group(P>0.05).3.The mean concentration of CD147 in serum was 145.8 + 52.19ng/L in the group that the patch integral is less than equal to three points;The mean concentration of CD147 in serum was 189.4±43.89ng/L in the group that the patch score is greater than 3,but less than 6 points;The mean concentration of CD147 in serum was 287.40±67.47ng/L in the group that the patch integral greater than 6 points.Serum CD147 concentration in plaque high product group was higher than that of plaque accumulation group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.When acute cerebral infarction occurs,the level of serum CD147 is increased.2.Carotid atherosclerotic plaques,hypoechoic plaques that serum CD147concentration increased,the serum CD147 can be used as plaque instability warning.3.The serum CD147 concentration increased with the increase of plaque score in the hypoechoic plaque group. |
