Association Of Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque With The Differing State Of Insufficient Blood Coronary Heart Disease

OBJECTIVE To investigate the association of carotid atherosclerotic plaque with the differing state of insufficient blood coronary heart disease.METHODS The 48 patients was diagnosticated coronary artery disease(CAD) and hypertension. The clinical diagnosis was according to typical clinical manifestation,myocardium enzymology, electrocardiogram,blood pressure determination and so on.Corresponding with the coronary artery disease diagnostic criteria of World Health Organization(WHO).12 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),mean age 66±4,12 patients with angina pectoris(AP),mean age 65±7,24 patients with hypertension,mean age 66±5 and 24 controls,mean age 62±7.all patients of Carotid arteriosclerosis with coronary disease were tested by colorful Doppler ultrasonics,data processing of carotid atherosclerotic plaque:to adopt Crouse plaque score of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.RESULTS The percentage of expressions of IMT in the groups of control group,hypertension, AP and AMI were 0.93±0.41mm,1.35±0.46mm,1.86±0.57mm,1.87±0.67mm.All above valus were singniticantly difference among four groups(F=13.545,P＜0.001),AP and AMI not statistically significant(P=0.968).There were singniticantly difference among control group with another 3 groups(P＜0.05),There were singniticantly difference among hypertension,AP and AMI group(P＜0.05).The percentage of expressions of Crouse plaque score in the groups of control group,hypertension,AP and AMI were 1.53±0.88mm,4.13±1.29mm,5.53±_ 1.46mm,5.33±1.51mm,All above valus were singniticantly difference among four groups (F=41.05,P＜0.001),AP and AMI not statistically significant(P=0.695).There were singniticantly difference among control group with another 3 groups(P＜0.05),There were singniticantly difference among hypertension,AP and AMI group(P＜0.05).CONCLUSIONS It is suggested that the carotid by Doppler could play an diagnostic value in prognose of hypertension and prevention and diagnose in Coronary Heart Disease.
