Analysis Of Professor Cui Xuejiao's Experience In The Treatment Of Male Infertility Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveBy using the platform of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance(V2.5)software,the data of Professor Cui Xuejiao's treatment of male infertility were analyzed,and the experience of Professor Cui Xuejiao in the treatment of male infertility was discussed,and further inherited and carried forward his academic thoughts.MethodBased on traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform software,this study collected professor Cui Xuejiao's outpatient treatment for male infertility(January 1,2016-2018 January 31st).According to the inclusion criteria,165 medical records were screened out,totaling 497 prescriptions.The patient's basic information(name,age,visiting time,the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine diagnosis,TCM syndromes and herbs)into Excel form to establish information database,and then manually input to the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform,using the platform "data analysis system" in the "Prescriptions" and "case analysis" module module carries on the analysis,combined with the clinical characteristics of the old Cui academic medicine experience is analyzed and summarized.ResultIn this study,165 medical records and 497 prescriptions were analyzed,and the following results were obtained.1.Basic information: among the 165 male infertility patients included in this study,the oldest was 48 years old,the youngest was 22 years old,and the patients with the age of 28-33 were the most.2.syndrome characteristics: among the six syndromes of male infertility,the insufficiency of kidney yin deficiency syndrome is the first,the second is kidney yang deficiency syndrome,and the least is Qi and blood two deficiency syndrome.3.drug analysis: Professor Cui 497 prescriptions used 175 flavors,totaling 6460 times,with an average of 13 flavors per prescription.The former 20 kinds of commonly used drugs are: dodder,mulberry,raspberry,epimedium and Morinda officinalis,medlar,Cistanche,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Polygonati,dandelion,dogwood,dangshen,astragalus,Schisandra,Millettia,Atractylodes,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,radix rehmanniae,Rosa,litchi,accounting for 63.9% total drug flavour.The drug properties of prescription drugs were mainly warm,flat and cold,with a cumulative 98.3%,and the use of cold and hot drugs was least,with a cumulative total of 1.7%.Prescription drugs to liver and spleen by the most,a total of 68.7%;to gallbladder,small intestine,pericardium,triple burner less,a total of 3.58%.4.group analysis: through platform group association rules analysis,we get 19 prescriptions of clinical drugs commonly used in Cui Lao.According to the entropy of complex system,we get 9 core combinations and 9 new ones.ConclusionWith the help of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform,data mining of Professor Cui Xuejiao's medication experience in treating male infertility can be concluded that Cui Lao's explicit and implicit experience in treating this disease is helpful for guiding clinical practice.
