Study On Medication Rules Of Xuejiao Cui In Treating Asthenospermia With Kidney Essence Deficiency Type

ObjectiveTo analyze the prescriptions of the famous Chinese medicine doctor Xuejiao Cui for the treatment of premature ejaculation by using statistical software,to explore his clinical thinking and medication rules for the treatment of premature ejaculation,and provide an objective reference for the diagnosis and treatment of premature ejaculation.MethodsData from Premature ejaculation in patients with meeting diagnostic criteria treated by Prof.Cui in the department of surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from March,2015 to January,2017 were collected.In this study,the functions of “factor analysis”,“cluster analysis” and “association analysis” in the statistical software of SPSS Statistics 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were selected to perform frequency,four qi and five flavors,drug efficacy,factor,statistical analysis of clustering,association rules,and grouping rules etc.ResultsTotally 220 prescriptions were included,involving 93 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The first five high-frequency Chinese materia medica were Cherokee rose fruit(206 times),Schisandrae chinensis fructus(157 times),Cynomorium songaricum(149 times),Epimedii folium(136 times),Eurguale ferox(132 times).The properties of high-frequency Chinese materia medica were mainly to be flat,cold and warm,sweet and bitter.The high-frequency Chinese materia medica were mainly for kidney,liver and heart meridians.The functions of the drugs are mainly Yang Tonics and consolidating the essence and reducing the urine.Using statistical software analysis,the drug combinations with the strongest correlation in the association rules are Cherokee rose fruit-Schisandrae chinensis fructus,Cherokee rose fruit-Cynomorium songaricum and Cherokee rose fruit-Eurguale ferox.Perform factor analysis and cluster analysis on 27 high-frequency drugs.Four common factors were found through data mining,which showed the characteristics of astringent nourishing Kidney and Liver,reconciling yin and yang,etc.Cluster analysis found three basic prescription which called Liuwei Dihuang Wan,Bushenyijing Wan and Jinsuogujing wan.ConclusionThrough the analysis of the prescription medication data of Prof.Xuejiao Cui in treating Premature ejaculation,it is concluded that Professor Xuejiao Cui emphasizes the foundation of invigorating the kidney and strengthening the kidney,combining astringent essence,focusing on the flexible application of Yin and Yang reconciliation,treating both symptoms and root causes,and calming the heart and soothing the liver.
