Analysis Of Professor Cui Xuejiao’s Experience In The Treatment Of Erectile Dysfunction Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveIn this study,the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and assistance platform(V2.5)system was used to explore the medical cases of Cui Xuejiao’ s diagnosis and treatment of impotence,and summarize his experience in drug prescription and compatibility for treatment of impotence,so as to enrich,inherit and promote his academic experience.MethodsThrough the collection of Cui Xuejiao’s outpatient diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction cases from January 1,2016 to January 31,2019,the information database of erectile dysfunction cases was established,and the"Traditional Chinese Medicine Heritage Supporting Platform(V2.5)was used for data mining.Professor medication experience and group characteristics for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.ResultsThrough data analysis of 470 prescriptions were analyzed in 138 patients,470 prescriptions involve Chinese medicine 116 flavors.Among the four nature of drugs,the proportion of warm nature drugs is the largest,and the heat nature drugs and cool nature drugs are the least.Among the five flavours of drugs,the proportion of kansui drugs is the largest,followed by pungent and salty drugs,while the astringent drugs are used less.Meridian to liver,kidney,spleen-based.Efficacy classification to supplement vacuity the most drugs,more than half of the total drug count.The drugs used more than 200 times were herba epimedii,morinda officinalis,cistanche,cynomorium songarieum,centipede,leech,pubescent holly root,lumbricus and liquorice.ConelusionThrough the analysis of the data of professor Cui Xue taught to treat impotence,it is concluded that professor cui most key treatment impotence drugs for herba epimedii,morinda officinalis,cistanche,cynomorium songaricum,centipede,leech,llex pubescens,professor cui is summarized in the treatment of impotence with this kidney and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis when menstruation as the main therapeutic principles,emphasis on trial for treatment,kidney,attaches great importance to the liver blood.
