ObjectiveBy observing the clinical effect of acupunct urekinesiot herapy on cervical vertigo, this paper provides an effective and reliable therapy for the treatment of cervical vertigo.MetthodsIn this study, according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,94patients with cervical verti go ware included. They were randomly divideinto two groups,47cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture Kinesiot herapy, while the control grcup was treated with common acupuncture therapy. The course of treatrment in both groups was as follows:2 courses of treatment Thefirst one:once a day,5days in total;1 dayIater,to start the second one, once everyot herday,5tirmes in total.1 months Iater to follow up after the end of treat ment. The rmean blod flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery measured by Transcranial Doppl er(TCD)and ESCV score of cervical vertigo were compared in two groups after the treat ment.Usi ng software SPSS17.0 to carry on the statistics and analysis of above data.Results1.Before the treatmernt, differences between the two groups in terms of gender, age, course of di sease,ESCV score, mean blod flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery and ot her aspects were not statisticalIy significant(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparanle.2.Wthin the group comparsion, except for the first time after treat ment in control group, differences in ESCV scores before and after treatrment,as well I as in the rmean blood flow velocity of vert ebrobasi Iarartery before and after treatment, werest at istical Iysignificant in two groups(P<O.05),which indicated that both rmethods were effective in the treatment of cervical vertigo.3.In terms of corrparison of two groups, differences in ESCV score at different observation tirme point after treatment,as well I as inthermean blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery before and after treat ment, were statistically significant P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture kinesiot her apy was superior to common acupunct ureinimprovingng sympt oms and function and the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery.ConclusionsBoth acupuncture kinesiot herapy and the common acupuncture therapy were effective intreating cervi cal vertigo. Both of t hemcoul deffecti velyrelieve the clinical syrmpt oms and imrrprove the blood supply of vert ebrobasiIar artery. The short-ter mand I ong-ter meffects of acupunct urekinesi ot herapy were better than those of common acupuncture.
