| ObjectiveThis study by comparing common acupuncture and tong yuan to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treating allergic rhinitis,verify the validity of the tong yuan of acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis,for clinical promotion tong yuan stitch provides some references for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.MethodsThe 60 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly assigned to the experimental group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.The clinical effect of 4 weeks after treatment was observed.The follow-up was conducted at the end of the second half year to observe the clinical efficacy of this study.The quality of life of the patients before and after the treatment was evaluated by combining the total score of nasal symptoms(TNSS),the total table(TNNSS),the life quality questionnaire(RQLQ)of nasal conjunctivitis.Results(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the overall efficacy of tongyuan acupuncture group was 96.67% and 83.33% of the conventional acupuncture group.The efficacy of the two groups was compared with p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.After six months,the effective rate was 86.67%,and 66.67% in the conventional acupuncture group.The efficacy of the two groups was p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of nasal obstruction,runny nose,nasal itching and other symptoms of the two groups were better than before,and the scores of TNSS,TNNSS and RQLQ were significantly improved(p<0.05).After six months of follow-up,the symptoms of nasal obstruction,runny nose,nasal itching and other symptoms of the two groups were better than before,and the scores of TNSS and TNNSS were still better than those before treatment(p<0.05).It is indicated that both acupuncture methods can achieve good results in treating allergic rhinitis,and the long-term effect is stable.Comparison between groups: 4 weeks after treatment that tong yuan stitch group in the stuffy nose,nasal itching symptoms of patients with ease,TNSS quantitative score were superior to conventional acupuncture group(p< 0.05),the difference was statistically significant,in respect of sneezing,runny nose,TNNSS score has no obvious difference(p>0.05).After six months follow-up,patients with tong yuan stitch group in alleviating the symptoms of runny nose,stuffy nose,nasal itching,TNSS quantitative score were superior to conventional acupuncture group(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,but no significant differences in terms of sneezing,TNNSS score(p>0.05).ConclusionTwo groups of acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis can achieve good curative effect,shows that acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of allergic rhinitis curative effect is satisfied,but tong yuan of acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in the near future curative effect and the long-term curative effect is superior to control group,especially can obviously improve patients with rhinitis symptoms and its accompanying symptom such as mood,sleep.The treatment of allergic rhinitis is a more effective and lasting method for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. |
