| ObjectiveNowadays, the air’s quality of our Country is becoming poorer and poorer, and a variety of emissions is released to the atmosphere, Seriously polluting the air. The body and the daily lives of people are increasing influence of the air. The most obvious influence for the body is the disease of the respiratory system, and the incidence of rhinitis is evidently increasing year by year. The chronic simple rhinitis is one of the common diseases and illnesses of otorhinolaryngology. The chronic simple rhinitis is not result of the serious injury of our body in the course of disease, and if not treated in time, it will affect the patient’s daily life and work by the time, and even inducing other diseases. So, it will be very important to find a more effective method of treatment, which can lead the patient to live a high quality of life and reduce health care costs. This paper adopts a small sample for the study by randomizing and controlling, and after treatment, it can observe the data changes of the main symptom between the treatment group (Tong Yuan theory to acupuncture) and the control group(point injection and ordinary acupuncture), to find our a method which is more effective and advantageous to treat the disease for serving the patient.MethodsThe study sample is from the First Affiliated Hospital of the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, ENT clinics. It would collect 60 patients corresponding the developed standard, and they were randomly and evenly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The paper uses the acupuncture point which is Zusanli, Feiyu, Yingxiang, Yintang, Bitong and Baihui. After treatment, it would be observed in the score of the symptoms and signs and VAS about the chronic simple rhinitis and use the software of SPSS17.0 to analysis.ResultsAfter the treatment, in the treatment group, there were 3 cases (10.00%) completely cured,15 cases (50.00%) significantly improved,11 cases (36.67%) improved,1 cases(3.33%) invalided, and the total effective rate 96.67%. And in the control group, there were 2 cases (6.67%) completely cured,7 cases (23.33%) significantly improved,19 cases(63.33%) improved, 2 cases(6.67%) invalided and the total efficiency of 83.33%. The result prompts the treatment group effecter than the control group, and it means the worthy of the point injection with acupuncture in the chronic simple rhinitis. Two groups compares the before and after treatment’s score of the clinical symptom and VAS with itself, and the result prompts statistically significant (p<0.05), illustrating that acupuncture is curative in the treatment of the chronic simple rhinitis.ConelusionIn summary, both Tong Yuan theory to acupuncture and the point injection with acupuncture can reduce the pain of the patients in the treatment of the chronic simple rhinitis, to improve the quality of life of patients. The Tong Yuan theory to acupuncture is little better than the single acupuncture. The Tong Yuan theory to acupuncture is safety, effectiveness, without side effects, and is helpful of avoiding the side effects and drug addiction, so it is worth further to study. |
