The Study Of Professor Zhuang's Mind Regulation Acupuncture Against Post-stoke Depression

ObjectivePost-stroke depression is a common complication of stoke,which has a serious effect on the life of the patients and the rehabilitation of mental and physical function.In this paper,we observed and compared the curative effects of Professor Zhuang's mind regulation acupuncture with sertraline on patients of post-stroke depression to provide and popularize an effective treatment for patients with post-stroke depression.Methods66 cases of PSD patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group in the proportion of 1:1.All these patients all took basic treatments such as brain protection,and combined with the conventional acupuncture of the affected limb.On this basis,the treatment group combined with Zhuang's mind regulation acupuncture one day at a time.On this basis,the control group was given oral sertraline hydrochloride Tablets(50mg QD).After 1 month's constant treatment,we observed the HAMD score,the Chinese medicine syndrome depression scale and the ADL scale of the 2 groups.The results were processed and analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.ResultsThe result of the statistical test of the 2 groups' patients' general data was that there was no statistical difference between the 2 groups and the 2 groups were comparable.The scores of the scales are as follows: There was no statistic significance respectively between the 2 groups' HAMD score,Chinese medicine syndrome depression scale score and the ADL scale score before the patients were treated(P>0.05).The differences of the scales' scores were statistically significant not just between the 2 groups,but also between the start and finish of the treatment in the same group respectively.(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The clinical symptoms of the patients with post-stroke depression can be improved by Zhuang's mind regulation acupuncture,and it is beneficial to the recovery of the function and the living ability of the patients.2.Zhuang's mind regulation acupuncture and oral Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets can both improve symptoms of patients with post-stroke depression.The former is more effective and worth popularizing.
