Effect Of Accupuncture Combined Sertraline Hydrochloride In Treatment Of Tumor-associated Depression

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with sertraline hydrochloride on tumor-related depression,and to observe its clinical efficacy.It is hoped that an effective and feasible green therapy for patients with tumor-related depression is explored.Methods:According to Chinese and Western medicine diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,60 patients with posttumor depression who met the inclusion criteria were randomized into an observation group and a control group,30 cases in each one.Observation group only give sertraline hydrochloride(25 mg a day,five days before after 50 mg per day),the observation group on the basis of the control group and acupuncture treatment,acupuncture hoku(Lin4),neiguan(P6),taichong(Liv3),shenmen(H7)and other acupuncture points,2 times a week).The two groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores of the two groups were counted to observe the degree of depression.The quality of life core questionnaire(QLQ-C30)was completed before and after treatment,To observe the patient's life treatment level.Results:1.The general data of the two groups and the HAMD scores before treatment were tested.There was no significant difference and comparable.2.After the test,the HAMD scores of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMD scores of the two groups after treatment for 4 weeks were also statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After the test,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the three main symptom areas before and after treatment(P>0.05),while the scores of the three main symptom areas before and after treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment in the observation group were compared.All had significant statistical differences(P<0.05).4.After the test,the scores of insomnia only in the control group before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),while in the observation group before and after treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment,dyspnea,insomnia,loss of appetite,constipation The scores of the five individual areas of diarrhea were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of economic difficulty were not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.After the test,the control group had significant statistical differences in emotional function and overall quality of life scores before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in other areas(P>0.05).There were significant statistical differences in physical,cognitive,emotional and overall quality of life scores after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with sertrine hydrochloride tablets was better than western medicine in the treatment of tumor related depression,and it could improve the symptom of patients with tumor and improve the quality of life of patients with tumor.
