The Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Combined With Shenque Moxibustion In The Treatment Of PCOS

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficiency of treating polycystic pvarian syndrome with kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:This research topic in strict accordance with the diagnostic clothing after the meal in the morning and evening,until the menstrual period,this is a course;Treatment group for taking g'stimulate ovulation,menstrual cycle to start taking 5 days,50 mg qd,Po for 5 days for a cycle,on the basis of acupuncture and moxibustion,once two days,until the menstrual period,for a period of treatment;Two groups were a total of three courses of treatment.Observing two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM symptoms,BMI,the basal body temperature(BBT)and the department of gynaecology ovarian oviposit under ultrasound.At the end of the treatment,according to the indicators and clinical curative effect of treatment compared with score before treatment,after final quantitative score,using SPSS 23.0 statistical analysis.Results:This Z=-2.016,P=0.044<0.05,comparing the two groups was statistically difference,the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group in improving comprehensive efficacy of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.2.Acupuncture and moxibustion method in the reduction of BMI in patients with PCOS was superior to that of traditional Chinese medicine group.3.Acupuncture is better than traditional Chinese medicine group in improving the TCM symptoms of PCOS patients.4.Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of PCOS were better than the traditional Chinese medicine group in improving the development rate and ovulation rate of PCOS patients.5.There was no significant difference between acupuncture combined with the shenque-acupoint salt moxibustion method in improving the pregnancy rate of PCOS patients.
