Clinical Observation Of Bushenhuayu Therapy Combined With Acupuncture On PCOS Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Clinical observation of Bushenhuayu therapy combined with acupuncture on PCOS of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and explore its mechanism.Methods:Selected 70 cases of patients with PCOS patients included as met demand.35cases each group,randomly divided into the observaiton group?acupuncture and using traditional Chinese medicine of Bushenhuayu therapy granules group?and the control group?using traditional Chinese medicine of Bushenhuayu therapy granules group?.One menstrual cycle is one treatment cycle,a total of three menstrual cycles.Observation on the improvement of TCM Syndrome after treatment in two groups,sex hormone levels were measured before and after treatment?including testosterone:T,estradiol:E₂,luteinizing hormone:LH,follicle stimulating hormone:FSH?,curative effect of ovulation,and the greatest change in follicle diameter and endometrial thickness.Results:1.Curative effect of ovulation:the total effective rate of observaiton group is87.50%,while in the control group,it is 78.79%.The differentces total effective in the two groups is statistical significance?P<0.05?.2.Curative effect of TCM symptoms:the total effective rate of observaiton group is96.86%,while in the control group is 96.67%.The differentces in curative effect of TCM symptoms in the two groups don't reach statistical significance?P>0.05?.3.Menstrual cycle:Comparison of menstrual cycle in two groups after 1 cycle of treatment with before,observation group is statistical significance?P<0.01?,the control group is no statistical significance?P>0.05?.Contrasting after the second cycle with the first cycle in two groups,the observation group and the control group are both statistical significance?P<0.05?.Contrasting after the third cycle with the second cycle in two groups,the number of cases of menstrual cycle improvement is increasing,but the observation group is no statistical significance?P>0.05?,the control group is statistical significance?P<0.05?.There is no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the first cycle,the second cycle and the third cycle after treatment?P>0.05?.4.Laboratory index:The sex hormone levels about LH FSH T in both groups are improved after treatment?P<0.05?.While,the FSH in two groups is no statistical significance?P>0.05?.The LH and the T are statistical significance?P<0.01?.There is no statistical difference between or within the two groups about E₂?P>0.05?.The diameter of the largest follicle diameter changes after treatment is no statistical significance difference between the two groups in the first treatment cycle?P>0.05?,but the the second and third treatment cycle between the two groups of patients is statistical significance observably?P<0.01?.After treatment compared themself,two groups of the largest follicle diamete for the first cycle,the second cycles,and the third cycles compared with before treatment is noteworthy improved?P<0.01?,the second and the third cycle are obviously improved compared with the first cycle?P<0.01?,while,compared with the second cycle and the third cycle,the difference between the observation group is prominent statistical significance?P<0.01?,the control group don't reach statistical significance?P>0.05?.5.Endometrial thickness:after the treatment,the endometrial thickness of patients in two groups is improved evidently?P<0.01?.The comparison between two groups is statistical significance?P<0.05?.Conclusion:Bushenhuayu therapy combined with acupuncture is good clinical efficacy for treating PCOS of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,regulating sex hormone levels of patients effectively,clinical symptoms,promoting the follicular development andincreasing ovulation rate.
