ObjectiveThis study mainly observes the clinical differences between “Jianpi Pinggan Fang” created by my tutor and conventional massage for treatment of infantile anorexia due to insufficiency of spleen-qi and stomach-qi through clinical randomized controlled trials. The curative effect is analyzed by comparing the TCM symptom scores and body weights of anorexia before and after the treatment, and the relevant therapeutic criteria in "Chinese medicine new drug clinical research guidelines".To evaluating effect of "Jianpi Pinggan Fang" in treating infantile anorexia due to insufficiency of spleen-qi and stomach-qi,and to analyze the clinical advantages of "Jianpi Pinggan Fang" compared with conventional massage, providing new treatment ideas for the clinical massage in the treatment of infantile anorexia due to insufficiency of spleen-qi and stomach-qi.MethodsThis clinical subject adopts the research method which is randomized controlled clinical trial, collecting the anorectic children who were visited my tutor outpatient in Gusheng Tang traditional Chinese medical center and Dongyuan Tang traditional Chinese medical center from January 2016 to September 2017.72 cases of anorexia children who meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were involved in the research. They were divided into "Jianpi Pinggan Fang" group and conventional massage group according to the random number table method, with 36 cases in each group.Conventional massage group adopted the "pediatric massage learning" edited by Liao Pin-Dong: Spleen,QingWei Jing, clearing the large intestine, rubbing SiHeng Wen,carryingBanMen,carrying the gossip, pushing SanGuan, and taking the abdomen ten methods(including pushing belly, rubbing abdomen, rubbing abdomen, shaking abdomen, dilating abdomen, swinging belly, copying abdomen, squeezing abdomen, taking abdomen),rubbing Guanyuan, rubbing ShenQue,chiropractic, rubbing PiShu and WeiShu,pushing up QiJie Gu,rubbing ZuSan Li,holding belly. The“Jianpi Pinggan Fang” group used the instructor to formulate the method of strengthening the spleen qi and Pinggan Qi.It was increased on the basis of the regular massage group: Qing Gan Jing,Kai Xuanji,AnXuan ZouCuo Mo,and Rubbing WuZang BeiShu,Kneading Taichong, rubbing Yongquan through the heat. All of the above massage are performed on the left hand of the child patient. The treatment should be administered once a day in the morning,5days a course, with a total of 2 courses, take two days off in each course.During the study, record the genders, ages, disease courses, body weights and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment for the two groups.SPSS22.0 software package was used to evaluate and compare the clinical indicators of the two groups with the overall efficacy.ResultsIn the 72 cases of this clinical research subject, there were 5 cases were lost, and 34 cases were actually completed in the "Jianpi Pinggan Fang" group,33 cases were actually completed in the conventional massage group.Baseline condition: the " Jianpi Pinggan Fang " group and conventional massage group had no statistically significant differences(P >0.05)in genders, ages, disease courses, conditions, body weights and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment.Curative effect evaluation:Regarding scores of TCM symptom scores for anorexia in children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency, the scores before and after treatment in the two groups were significantly different(P <0.05),indicating that both treatment programs can significantly and effectively improve anorexia symptoms and significantly reduce scores. There was a significant difference in scores of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment and before and after treatment(P <0.05),indicating that the "Jianpi Pinggan Fang" group was superior to the conventional massage group in reducing the score of TCM syndrome scores. It also improved appetite and food intake, and body weight loss(weight gain)are the most prominent. In improving the pale, less lazy, sweating and stool are not adjusted. The two groups havesimilar efficacy. In terms of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate of the "Jianpi Pinggan Fang" group was 94.12%,and that of the conventional massage group was 84.85%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating "Jianpi Pinggan Fang" group is more effective than conventional massage group. Conclusion"Jianpi Pinggan Fang" and conventional massage have good clinical curative effect on the treatment of children with spleen and stomach qi deficiency anorexia. But "Jianpi Pinggan Fang" has more advantages in improving appetite, increasing food intake and gaining weight. It is of positive significance to the growth and development of children with anorectic spleen and stomach qi deficiency and is worthy of clinical in-depth research and promotion.
