Clinical Observation Of Bushen Tongluo Prescription On The Treatment Of Peripheral Neuropathy Of Multiple Myeloma

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bushen Tongluo Recipe and Mecobalamin on peripheral neuropathy of multiple myeloma,observe the primary disease effect,the grade of peripheral neuropathy,neurotoxicity score,quality of life Karl's score,?₂-microglobulin,albumin and plasma cell ratio in order to clarify the clinical effect of Bushen Tongluo Recipe on the treatment of peripheral neuropathy of multiple myeloma,so as to provide more options for clinical treatment of multiple myeloma peripheral neuropathy.Method:From June 2017 to June 2018,according to the inclusion criteria,50 cases of patients with myeloma were selected and randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group and the methcobalamin group with 25 cases each.The Chinese medicine group was given Bushen Tongluo recipe orally while continuing to give BD regimen chemotherapy according to the course of treatment.Mecobalamin group received intravenous drip of mecobalamin while giving BD regimen chemotherapy.21 days is a course of treatment.After treatment,the curative effect of primary disease was evaluated,and the changes of peripheral nerve injury grade,?₂-microglobulin,albumin and plasma cell ratio,neurotoxicity score and Karnofsky score of quality of life were compared to detect adverse reactions in clinical application of patients,and the clinical curative effect and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results:1.General situation comparison:There is no difference in age,sex,disease course,myeloma type,DS stage,peripheral nerve injury composition,nerve injury classification,neurotoxicity score and Karnofsky score of quality of life between the two groups before treatment.2.There is no difference in the remission rate and effective rate of primary disease between the two groups after treatment.3.There was no difference in?₂-microglobulin,albumin and plasma cell ratio between the two groups after treatment.The comparison between the two groups before and after treatment indicates that there are differences.4.There are differences in classification of peripheral sensory nerve and neuralgia,but there are no differences in classification of motor nerve injury.5.There are differences in neurotoxicity score and Karnofsky score of quality of life between the two groups after treatment.There is no difference between before and after treatment in the Chinese medicine group.The comparison between before and after treatment in the mecobalamin group indicates that there is a difference.Conclusion:BD regimen has a good clinical effect on multiple myeloma,prolonging the survival time of patients and improving the remission rate of patients.Bushen Tongluo Decoction and Mecobalamin have no effect on the remission rate and efficiency of multiple myeloma,and are safe.Bushen Tongluo Recipe can reduce the degree of nerve injury than mecobalamin,and Bushen Tongluo Recipe has better effect than Mecobalamin in relieving sensory nerve injury and neuralgia,but has no obvious effect on motor nerve injury.Bushen Tongluo Decoction can better improve the quality of life of patients and improve the tolerance of bortezomib.
