Spleen And Blood Scattered Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Nutritional Iron Deficiency Anemia Of Infant

Objective: The spleen blood powder in the treatment of nutritional iron deficiencyanemia of infant, spleen and stomach, to observe the clinical curative effect of treatingchildren born Qi blood deficiency of spleen and stomach type of iron deficiency anemia, toexplore its scientific nature, rationality and feasibility, for the treatment of nutritional irondeficiency anemia of infant in search of a safe and effective method and medicine.Methods:66patients with anemia were randomly divided into treatment group,33cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with spleen blood powder combined withsmall dose of ferplex; control group was treated with small dose of ferplex treatment. Thetwo groups were treated for2courses for a total of8weeks of observation. After the end oftreatment, according to the changing situation and improve symptoms and signs ofhemoglobin, red blood cell morphology, iron metabolism indexes of the two groups beforeand after treatment, statistical analysis is performed on the quantitative indicators.Results: the total curative effect evaluation: comparison of the cure rate, treatmentgroup97%, control group75.8%, P <0.05, there was significant difference. Thehemoglobin (Hb), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), serum iron (SI), serumferritin (SF) index increased, P <0.01, the difference was significant. The cure rate oftreatment group was superior to control group, improve on the morphology of erythrocyte,hemoglobin and iron metabolism index in treatment group was significantly better than thecontrol group. The TCM syndrome curative effect evaluation: the cure rate of treatment group93.9%, control group72.7%, P <0.05, there was significant difference. In the aspect of face and lips, food intake, lassitude,easy tired, sweating, irritability, loose stools, P <0.05, there was significant difference.Treatment group in the cure rate and improvement of main symptoms and signs weresignificantly better than the control group. The incidence of adverse reaction evaluation:treatment group0%, control group18.2%, P <0.05, there was significant differencebetween the treatment group, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower than thecontrol group.Conclusion: spleen blood powder combined with small dose of iron is the treatmentof nutritional iron deficiency anemia of infant of weakness of spleen and stomach iseffective, safe drug, can significantly improve the morphology of red blood cells, improvethe hemoglobin content and iron metabolism index, clinical symptoms and signs improvedanemia in children, especially in improving children face pale lip, appetite loss, listlessness,sweating, restlessness, defecate is not adjusted effect, better than pure iron therapy, andreduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions. Confirm the effect and advantage of spleenand stomach, replenishing qi and blood in treating infantile spleen-stomach type irondeficiency anemia, treatment method is worth promoting.
