| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Dangguixiaobi Decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness psoriasis.Methods:41 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(Dangguixiaobi Decoction group)and control group(Xiaoyin granules group).21 patients in the Dangguixiaobi Decoction group,20 patients in the Xiaoyin granules group,both the two groups coated with Yuze skin barrier recovery body lotion of 8 weeks.Before treatment,4 weeks of treatment,after 8 weeks of treatment the patients were asked to fill in the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score and skin pruritus score.Use of SPSS20.0 software package for statistical processing and evaluation of efficacy.Results:?The elimination of Dangguixiaobi Decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness psoriasis,according to the PASI score before and after treatment,clinical cure rate 76.19%,the total efficiency of 90.48%;Xiaoyin granules group elimination of clinical cure rate of 45.00%,the total efficiency of 85.00%.Dangguixiaobi Decoction cure rate was significantly higher than that of Xiaoyin granules(P<0.05).The total efficiency has no obvious difference.? Dangguixiaobi Decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency and wind dryness psoriasis symptoms of itching,the clinical cure rate of 81.82%,the total efficiency of 95.24%.;Xiaoyin granules group elimination of clinical cure rate of 50.00%,the total efficiency of 85.00%.Dangguixiaobi Decoction cure rate was significantly higher than that of Xiaoyin granules(P<0.05).Both the total efficiency of no significant difference.? Dangguixiaobi Decoction in the treatment of patients without obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:Dangguixiaobi decoction can effectively improve the skin lesions of patients with blood deficiency and wind dryness psoriasis patients,also to relieve itching.Curative effect is better than that of Xiaoyin granules,and have no obvious side effects. |
