| Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of chronic non-atrophic gastritis treated with Guizhi Zhizhi Pills in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,and to prove that this prescription can effectively and safely treat chronic non-atrophic gastritis and improve it.The clinical symptoms further confirmed the efficacy of extirpative and gastric,heat-clearing and dampness-removing therapy for stopping chronic non-atrophic gastritis in the diet.Method:A total of 72 patients diagnosed with chronic non-atrophic gastritis from the outpatient department of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group: Guizhi Shizhi Pills Modified(Rhubarb,Gorgon,Coptis,Radix Astragali,Atractylodes,Poria,Alisma,Divine Comedy,Radish Seed,Hawthorn,etc.),Shuijianbi,150 ml each time,warm clothes after morning and evening meals,treatment course 4 weeks;control group: Baohe Pills: 8pills each time,3 times a day,taken before meals,treatment for 4 weeks.Stay in good mood during treatment,do not eat spicy,greasy,cold food,smoking ban alcohol.Through the clinical observation of 72 cases,through statistical processing,scientific evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of Guizhi Zhizhi pills in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Result:(1)The mean product of the two groups before treatment was 17.417±1.180 in the treatment group and 17.056±1.194 in the control group.The rank sum test,P>0.05.The ages of the two groups were 44.333±10.128 in the treatment group and 44.694±10.474 in the control group(P>0.05).Gender comparison of the two groups of patients,the treatment group of 15 males and 21 females,the control group of 13 males and 23 females,the 2 test,P> 0.05.There was no significant difference in scores,age,and gender between the two groups before treatment.(2)Comparison of the curative effect of the main symptoms of the two groups.Among the 36 patients in the treatment group,2 were clinically cured,20 markedly effective,16 effective,and 2 ineffective.The total effective rate was 94.4%.Among the 36 controls,1 was clinically cured.6 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,and 12 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 66.7%.After the rank sum test,P<0.05,there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups.The overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The total scores of the two groups of syndromes were in the efficacy table.Of the 36 patients in the treatment group,2 were clinically cured,20 markedly effective,16 effective,and 2ineffective.The total effective rate was 94.4%;of the 36 control groups,1 was clinically cured.Six cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,and 12 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 66.7%.After the rank sum test,P<0.05,there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups.The overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)The scores of the main symptom scores before and after treatment in both groups were compared,and the symptoms of gastroparesis were scored.The treatment group was 1.444 ± 1.482;the control group was2.111±1.348.After the rank sum test,P<0.05.Symptoms of fullness and anorexia symptoms were 1.222±1.098 in the treatment group,1.889±1.582 in the control group,and P<0.05 in the gastric fistula test by the Rank sum test;there was statistically significant difference;anorexia was greater than P>0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups..The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the main symptoms.(4)The total scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared,and the treatment group had 36 patients.The pretreatment symptoms had a total score of 17.417±1.180.The control group patients had a total score of17.056 ± 1.194 before treatment.After the rank sum test P>0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment.Thirty-six patients in the treatment group had a total score of 5.194±3.371 after treatment,and patients in the control group had a total score of 8.917±3.492 after treatment.After t-test <0.05,there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment.The treatment group was in the control group in clinical efficacy.(5)Compared with the secondary symptom scores before and after the treatment in both groups,the treatment group was 0.639±0.683 in love with rot and acid,and1.667±0.756 in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups after the rank sum test(P<0.05);Nausea and vomiting were 0.167 ± 0.447 in the control group and 0.250±0.500 in the control group.There was no significant difference after the rank sum test P>0.05.The hernia was 0.583±0.732 in the treatment group and 0.667±0.756 in the control group.There was no significant difference after the rank sum test P>0.05.Difference;The treatment group analgesia 0.583 ± 0.604,control group 0.556 ± 0.652,the rank sum test P> 0.05,no significant difference;treatment group dry and thin stool 0.556± 0.652,control group 1.778 ± 0.832,the rank sum test 0<0.05,there is a significant difference.The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of acolytes and loose stools.Conclusion: From the above data,we can conclude that the two groups are comparable in terms of gender,age,and symptoms.There was no adverse reaction in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(intra-dietary stoppage)based on the theory of extirpation and gastropathy,heat-clearing and phlegm-dispelling therapy in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.It was proved that the application of Guizhi Guizhi Pills can effectively improve or cure.The patient's clinical symptoms improve quality of life with no side effects.Through observation,we can further prove the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease through the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and provide a safe and effective treatment method for patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis. |
