The Curative Observation Of Chaishao Liujun Jiawei Decoction To Treat Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Type Of Deficiency Of The Spleen And Stomach

ObjectiveThrough sorting out and mining the advisor’s thought pattern and clinical experience in treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (CAG), to observe the clinical effect of experience prescription "Chaishao Liujun Jiawei Decoction" in treating CAG(Deficiency of the Spleen and Stomach), and to make the objective evaluation about the treating method.MethodsAccording to random allocation,46cases with CAG are put into two groups by1:1, One group is treatment group and the other is control group. Cases in the treatment group are given ’Chaishao Liujun Jiawei Decoction", and cases in the control group are given Chinese patent drug "Wei Fu Chun Pills" The treating course is12weeks. Later, observe the main clinical symptoms and signs of all the patients in the two groups before and after treatment, the change of gastric mucosa under gastroscope, pathohistological examination (the division of gastric mucosa chronic inflammation, the division of glandular atrophy, the division of intestinal metaplasia), and monitoring of adverse reactions. According to the assessment of therapeutic effects of CAG in "Chinese Traditional Medicine new drug clinical research guiding principle", treatment results are compared between the two groups, and for the safety evaluation. ResultThe efficiency of "Chaishao Liujun Jiawei Decoction" in treating CAG is91.30%, the efficiency of control group is63.63%, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, in the division of gastric mucosa chronic inflammation, the division of glandular atrophy, the division of intestinal metaplasia, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).At the curative effect of the TCM treatment, the efficiency of treatment group is91.30%, the efficiency of control group is72.73%, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group can improve some symptoms, such as gastrectasia、belching、sour regurgitation、nausea、sickness, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05), but the others are not difference. Two cases of adverse reactions did not happen. ConclusionChaishao Liujun Jiawei Decoction achieves a satisfactory clinical efficacy in treating CAG, and it’s effect is better than Wei Fu Chun Pills;This prescription can improve the division of stomach mirror、the division of gastric mucosa chronic inflammation, the division of glandular atrophy, the division of intestinal metaplasia and it can control the changing speed of precancerous lesion and canceration leading by the CAG. This prescription has the effects of activating spleen, regulating stomach, dispersing liver stagnation. It lives up to the basic etiology of CAG, so in treating CAG it obtains satisfactory results. It is safe and has no untoward effect and it is a safe and effective prescription.
