Evaluation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Wenpi Decoction In Treatment Of Chronic Superficial Gastritis Spleen And Stomach Deficiency Syndrome

Objects: The topic of this study is the clinical efficacy evaluation of the classic Chinese medicine prescription wenpi decoction for the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome).To prove the curative effect of wenpi decoction in the treatment of this disease.At the same time,it is proved to be effective and safe,and objective evaluation is made to provide clinical guidance and theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the diseaseMethod: all the selected patients are from changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated national physician tie-jun liu studio,and conform to the chronic superficial gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome)clinical diagnosis,all patients agreed to and signed the informed consent.Into the group of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group of 36 people,the control group 36 people,because of considering the clinical observation of patients in the process of sample size is likely to fall off,so in the original sample size on the basis of the sample size is increased by 20%,treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth wenpi decoction taste,the control group given warm stomach comfortable granules,require continuous administration 4 weeks,for a period of treatment.During the course of a course of this score closely observe the patient's symptoms and signs,and check in before and after treatment and record the change of the gastric mucosa,analysis and comparison difference,applied statistics analysis and processing,curative effect evaluation.Result: 30 patients in each of the two groups completed the study.The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group.Observation of treatment after a period of treatment in patients with gastroscope,30 patients of treatment group the total effective rate was 90.00%,control group total effective rate was 76.66%,the total curative effect,gastroscope and symptom integral are calculated through statistical P <0.05,there is statistical significance,and the treatment group was better than control group,so can prove wenpi decoction taste treatment of this disease is superior to the warm stomach comfortable granules.Conclusion: wenpi decoction taste for the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome),can effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs,to restore the function of the gastric mucosa,and good safety,in the process of treatment,without any adverse events,and its curative effect is much better than warm stomach comfortable granules,traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis(spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome)to provide the basis.
