| Purpose: By means of Chaihu shugan power and qingzhong decoction in the treatment of chronic liver of atrophic gastritis(liver stomach disharmony and damp heat syndrome)clinical observation,verifying the treatment based on syndrome differentiation in TCM clinical treatment superiority and characteristic,provide more effective clinical treatment.Method: Selection of changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital liver spleen and stomach department outpatient service in January 2017 to December 2017,see a doctor is diagnosed with chronic non atrophic gastritis(liver stomach discord and damp heat syndrome)in 72 patients,according to a randomized,controlled grouping method is divided into two groups,36 cases treatment group and control group 36 cases.In the treatment group,qaihu shugan powder and qingzhong decoction were used to add flavor,and in the control group,pantolazole sodium enteric tablet was used to 40mg(1 tablet)at a time,once a day,and orally.4 weeks for 1 course of treatment,two groups cases for a period of treatment,the curative effect of standard is used to the two groups before and after the treatment of symptomatic total points,symptom curative effect,gastroscope total integral,the comparison of gastroscope lesions curative effect observation of radix bupleuri liver and the curative effect of soup in mid qing dynasty.Result:(1)for the treatment of two groups of patients before and after the main symptom integral comparison,fullness and body weight in alleviating the diagnosis,defecate viscous or detention pond,within the group to compare two groups there were statistically significant differences(P < 0.01);There were significant statistical differences between the groups(P < 0.01).(2)the total therapeutic effect of syndrome points was compared according to the standard of efficacy score.The total effective rate of 36 patients in the treatment group was 88.89% after treatment.The total effective rate of 36 patients in the control group was 75.00% after treatment.There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01).(3)the total score of syndromes before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.The total score of 36 patients in the treatment group was 21.19 ± 5.02 before treatment and 5.97 ± 3.00 after treatment,showing significant difference(P < 0.01).In the control group,36 patients were 20.44 ± 4.89 before treatment,and 9.78 ± 4.89 after treatment.There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),and significant difference after treatment(P < 0.01).(4)the therapeutic effect of gastroscopic lesions was compared according to the score of efficacy.The total effective rate of 36 patients in the treatment group was 94.44%.The total effective rate of 36 patients in the control group was 86.11%.There was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01).(5)the total score of gastroscopic lesions in the two groups was compared.In the treatment group,36 patients in the treatment group were 5.36±1.61 before treatment and 2.14±1.10 after treatment.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).In the control group,36 patients were 5.28±1.72 before treatment,and 2.94±1.37 after treatment,with significant difference(P < 0.01).There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),and there was significant difference after treatment(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Based on the above results show that Chaihu shugan power and qingzhong decoction in the treatment of chronic liver of atrophic gastritis(liver stomach disharmony and damp heat syndrome)the curative effect of significantly better,Chinese medicine dialectical treats can not only improve the clinical symptoms,promoting stomach mucosa repair but also safe and reliable.Through clinical observation,the characteristics and advantages of TCM’s holistic concept,syndrome differentiation and treatment have been further confirmed,and a more effective and safe treatment scheme has been developed for the clinical treatment of this disease. |
