| Objective:To observe the TCM Syndrome score of primary Bile Reflux Gastritis(spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome),bile reflux under gastroscope,gastric mucosal phase and side effect of Qingzhong Jiangni decoction,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingzhong Jiangni decoction in the treatment of primary Bile Reflux Gastritis(spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome),and to provide a safe and effective treatment plan for the clinical treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis,to enrich the clinical experience of TCM in treating primary bile reflux gastritis.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(Qingzhong Jiani decoction group)30 cases,control group(Jinuo+Anda Group)30 cases,objective to observe and record the TCM Syndrome score,bile reflux grade,gastric MUCOSA grade and safety index before and after treatment.The treatment observation time was 4 weeks.SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis.RESULT:1.Total score of TCM syndrome:After treatment,the total score of TCM Syndrome in two groups was lower than that before treatment.The comparison between two groups suggested that the total score of TCM Syndrome in two groups was better than that of western medicine(P<0.05).2.TCM Symptom Score:TCM has significant effect on improvement of epigastric pain,fullness of epigastric fullness,heartburn,bad breath,nausea and vomiting,and stool viscosity(P<0.01)Western medicine has a significant effect in improving epigastric pain,fullness of epigastric fullness,burning of epigastric cavity,nausea and vomiting,and sticky stool(P<0.01),and in improving the symptoms of stomachache and bad breath(P<0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine was significantly better than Western medicine in improving epigastric burning(P<0.01),in improving epigastric pain,fullness of epigastric fullness,bad breath,nausea and vomiting(P<0.05),the two groups were equally effective in improving stool viscosity.3.The effective rate of bile reflux was 81.48%in the treatment group and 71.43%in the control group.The two groups had the same effect in improving the bile reflux(P>0.05).The effective rate was 85.19%in the treatment group and 75.00%in the control group,which was superior to the Western medicine in improving the gastric mucosal phase(P<0.05).Clinical comprehensive e ffect:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.59%.The total effective rate of the control group was 78.57%,and the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine was better than that of western medicine(P<0.05).6.Before and after treatment,the patients did not appear obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Qingzhong Jiangni decoction is effective in treating primary bile reflux gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type,and it can effectively improve the clinical syndrome,bile reflux and gastric mucosa injury under gastroscope,and no obvious adverse reaction,it is worthy of clinical application. |
