Clinical Study Of Shugan Yuwei Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Flat Erosive Gastritis(Discordant Liver And Stomach Combined With Damp-heat Syndrome)

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy and advantages of Shugan Yuwei Decoction in the treatment of chronic flat erosive gastritis,to provide reference basis for the treatment of chronic erosive flat gastritis with traditional Chinese medicine in clinicMethods:The study collected 80 patients diagnosed with chronic flat erosion gastritis(discordant liver and stomach combined with damp-heat syndrome)from the outpatient department of Mianyang Hospital of TCM during January 2020 to December 2020.On the basis of random grouping principle,40 cases were divided into the treatment group,and the other into the control group.Comparing the scores of major symptoms,minor symptoms,endoscopy results,the total effective rate,and the recurrence rate after four weeks’ treatment.SPSS 25.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:(1)The major symptoms:The symptoms of stomach distention,stomach pain,chest and hypochondrium discomfort and stool stickiness were improved after treatment.The scores between two groups were>0.05 by rank sum test included stomach distention and stomach pain,which meant the curative effect of both groups were similar.In improving chest and hypochondrium discomfort and stool stickiness,the test also told us the treatment group was better.(2)The minor symptoms:The scores of minor symptoms,such as emotion can induce or aggravate the symptoms,belching,acid regurgitation,bitter mouth and halitosis could be alleviated in both groups.After the treatment,the symptom scores between two groups were>0.05 included belching,acid reflux and bitter mouth,which indicated the two groups had the same curative effect on these symptoms.Emotion can induce or aggravate the symptoms and halitosis were<0.05 after testing,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in terms of emotion can induce or aggravate the symptoms and halitosis.(3)The endoscopy results:The statistical test between the treatment group and the control group was >0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving endoscopic mucosal erosion.(4)Symptomatic efficiency:At the end of the test,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.9%,while the other was 79.0%.The score between the two groups was<0.05,meant the treatment group was preferable.(5)Recurrence rate:Over a month of follow up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was merely 2.9%,while the other approached 10.0%.Following statistical test,the score was <0.05.Therefore,from the perspective of long-term efficacy,the treatment group had more advantages.(6)Safety evaluation:During the test,there was no adverse events of drugs happened,which showed safety.Conclusion:Shugan Yuwei Decoction has a appreciable effect on curing the patients with chronic flat erosive gastritis(disharmony between liver and stomach combined with damp-heat syndrome).The relief of gastric mucosa was similar with western drugs.And the long-term prognosis is better than western drugs.
