| Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical observation of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Deanxit in the treatment of chronic gastritis with incoordination between the liver and stomach patients.By comparing the difference of clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,we can provide more treatment methods and ideas for improving the clinical efficacy of chronic gastritis.Methods: a randomized controlled trial was conducted to observe the clinical diagnosis of chronic gastritis,liver stomach disharmony between 18-80 and September 2015 in the outpatient and ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2015 to September 2017.A total of 60 cases of standard clinical cases were collected as subjects and were randomly divided into two groups,namely,the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Dai Lixin and Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules.The patients with positive HP were added with Clarithromycin Sustained Release Tablets and Amoxicillin Capsules.The treatment group was added with Chaihu Shugan powder on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks as 1 courses.The two groups were required to fill in the TCM chronic superficial gastritis,grading scale,self rating depression scale and self rating Anxiety Scale before and after treatment,so as to understand the changes of the condition before and after treatment.Results: after 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and control group patients with anxiety and depression scores,the main symptoms of incoordination between the liver and stomach of chronic gastritis before treatment scores were reduced,there were significant differences before and after the treatment(P<0.01);but compared with the control group,the treatment group in the main symptoms of anxiety,depression score and incoordination between the liver and stomach of chronic integral gastritis decreased,the effect is more obvious,especially in acid reflux belching,hypochondriac pain,epigastric burning sensation,fatigue in four aspects of symptoms than the simple application of Western medicine significantly.Conclusion: both the treatment group and the control group can reduce the anxiety and depression score of the patients and improve the main symptoms of chronic gastritis of liver and stomach disharmony in the patients.However,compared with the control group treated with western medicine only,the treatment group with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine improved the scores of anxiety and depression,and the main symptom scores of chronic gastritis with liver stomach disharmony.Therefore,in clinical treatment,compared with the simple application of Western medicine treatment,combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can achieve better curative effect. |
