Acupuncture Combined With The Heat Through Chinese Medicine As Treating Vertebral Artery Type Of Cervical Disease In Clinical Research

Objective:To observe acupuncture combined with the heat through Chinese medicine as treating vertebral artery type of cervical disease in clinical efficacy,for the vertebral artery in the treatment of cervical disease provide a more simple and effective method.Methods:The diagnostic standard of CSA to meet the 90 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group (30 cases),and heat through traditional Chinese medicine group (30 cases),the heat through combined with tradition Chinese medicine and acupuncture group(30 cases).Acupuncture group received acupuncture treatment,points to take both sides of Fengchi(GB20) and Jiaji of cervical 3 pairs;The heat through traditional Chinese medicine group.use the wine by self topical and lamp irradiation.The heat through combined with tradition Chinese medicine and acupuncture group use the two methods of the above.Operation medthod:Once a day for 20 days and then reference the treatment standards of Clinical Effect Assessment[1],Cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type rating scale[2]to evaluate the efficacy of treatment,and statistical analysis.Results:After treatment,the heat through combined with Chinese medicine and acupuncture group at clinical assessment scale score and the total efficacy compare with the acupuncture gtoup and the heat through traditional Chinese medicine group by t test and Ridit test,there was significant difference(P<0.05),have statistical significance.Conclusion:1 The heat through combined with Chinese medicine and acupuncture method,heat through traditional Chinese medicine method and acupuncture method were all effective.2 The heat through combined with Chinese medicine and acupuncture treating Vertebral artery type of cervical disease.They be used in conjunction to have synergistic effect.3 The heat through combined with Chinese medicine and acupuncture treating Vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis treated better than acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.4 The heat through combined with Chinese medicine and acupuncture treating Vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis is a simple,safe and effective method,non-toxic side effects and so worthy of promotion.
