As China's economic strength continues to increase,people's pursuit of quality of life has gradually shifted from basic living needs to higher levels of demand.The pursuit of a healthy body has gradually become the consensus of people.In response to this,people's demand for medical institutions and their services is also increasing.Therefore,complying with the trend of the times and satisfying people's demand for high-quality medical services has naturally become the focus and goal of various medical institutions in the new era of reform.Because of its unique social and natural environment,Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture has caused social and economic development to lag behind other regions to a certain extent.The supply costs of public goods and public services are relatively high,and the service level and supply of medical institutions are also relatively weak.This has caused an unequalization of the provision of public services in the ethnic minority areas and an unstandardized construction.To thoroughly change this situation,it is necessary to investigate the problems existing in the process of medical service provision in ethnic minority areas and the reasons for this,and to propose practical and coping strategies accordingly.However,in the process of solving these problems,the first thing that needs to be known is to grasp the level of satisfaction of local patients with medical institutions.Therefore,to conduct a survey on the satisfaction of medical supplies for local residents and analyze their impact components to find out their existing problems is conducive to promoting the building of health care capabilities in ethnic minority areas and promoting the healthy and sustainable medical and health services in ethnic minority areas.development of.The paper combines interviews and questionnaires to collect information on medical services of 13 public hospitals in 8 administrative districts of Gannan Prefecture.On the basis of these data,the model for patient satisfaction evaluation was first selected.Secondly,through the analysis of data,it was concluded that the problems in the medical and health services in Gannan Prefecture were mainly due to:the medical skills of the doctor were not high,and the medical facilities and equipment were not sound.Poor medical environment.Finally,it mainly proposes a corresponding increase in funding for medical facilities in response to existingproblems;strengthens the construction of medical information systems;vigorously promotes and develops awareness of ethnic health care and ethnic medicine;optimizes medical and health service processes;Control medical expenses and other countermeasures.
