Research Onorganizational Model Change Of General Hospital Of Ningxia Medical University

In our nation,The public hospitals are usually sponsored by the country and managed in accordance with the non-profit,public welfare institutions,and hospital installations are following the "Standards of Medical Institutions" issued by nation's Ministry of Health,but the related administrative organs do not have unified standards and specifications for the organizational structures,thus,the hospitals of different areas have their own installations based on the local demands and environments.In 2009,the nation put forwards the new policies in medical reform and new demands for the hospitals of varied levels.And with the vigorous development of medical insurance policies,the public has more and more and requirements and higher and higher standards for medical care.The General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University,as a leading hospital in Ningxia and its nearby regions,based on the increasing demands as well as the development trends of the region,has changed its organizational model,and with the new organizational model of "Group",to meet the challenge and opportunities of the new medical reform system.This paper,by comparative analysis of the history and present situation of the organizational model of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University with theory of organizational transformation,describes the defects of the original organizational model,and,by integrating organizational transformation theory with the external environment,technical levels and development strategy,etc.,introduces the advantages of the new organizational model "Group",of the General Hospital as well as the achievements,the problems encountered and their countermeasures in the implementation of "Group",so as to provide new ideas and approaches for the medical reform in Ningxia Region in the future.
