In this paper,the literature,questionnaires and statistical analysis of the hospital,Ningxia Medical University Hospital of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Hospital outpatients,inpatients and follow-up patients as the object of investigation to hospital patients with continuous improvement in satisfaction,outpatient satisfaction Continuous improvement of the situation,hospital follow-up patient satisfaction continuous improvement and other aspects of research indicators,the quality of medical services to conduct empirical research,and then put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The concept of modern hospital management with patient-centered is very popular,and the doctor-patient relationship model has many dimensions of understanding,and it is widely accepted that the patient analogy is the customer's model.Medical institutions to provide medical and health services is also a kind of consumer products,to win customer satisfaction and purchase intention,health providers should attach great importance to the patient's medical treatment experience,improve patient satisfaction.Patient satisfaction evaluation should be brought into the hospital management norm of indicators is very necessary and urgent,through the patient's satisfaction evaluation,you can ask the manager feedback patients perceive the difference between the value of medical services and expectations,to promote the continuous improvement of medical service quality.This paper mainly includes the following parts:The introduction and the first chapter mainly introduce the background,the significance of the topic,the research method,he research focus,the difficulty and the innovation point,and make a basic introduction to the related concept.The second chapter is a brief introduction to the research and design of this study.The third chapter and the fourth chapter mainly use the data obtained through the questionnaire to carry on a satisfactory analysis,and affect the factors of satisfaction to do an analysis;Chapter 5 focuses on the problems and causes in the previous analysis,and then puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the quality of medical service.
