Clinical Observation About The Treatment Of Needle-Knife Therapy On Knee Plica Syndrome

Objective:In this study,the knee joint synovial fold syndrome was treated with Acupotomy and compared with the closure.The clinical efficacy data of two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the feasibility and effectiveness of acupotomy were analyzed and verified.The treatment of knee joint synovium folds was provided for the treatment of the knee joint synovial folds.Methods:98 cases of synovial folds syndrome were small needle knife group and closed group were 48 cases,50 cases.The Acupotomy group using local anesthesia after Acupotomy treatment of 48 cases of closed;50 cases were treated by local blocking therapy.The treatment was 2-3 course of treatment,the interval was 10 days,and the treatment was not effective three times.The two groups after one month of treatment by the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine medical secretary in 2010 promulgated the "22 professional 95 kinds of Chinese medicine treatment of the clinical curative effect evaluation,and using visual analogue score(Visual Analogue Scale/Score,referred to as VAS)and Lysholm knee score system.Ridit was used to analyze the evaluation indexes before and after treatment,and the data were analyzed by software SPSS22.0.Result:Before and after treatment,the results of VAS score were t=34.530,p=0.00(alpha =0.05),t=32.929,p=0.00(alpha =0.05),and the results of Lysholm knee joint function index were t=23.686,p=0.000(p<0.05)before and after treatment,t=13.582,and knee joint function before and after treatment.The index scores were all significant differences.Through the Ridit analysis of curative effect,R=2.629,P=0.010,P<0.05 showed significant difference in the treatment of two groups,with statistical significance,the fine rate of the needle knife group was significantly higher than that in the closed group.Conclusion:The needle knife therapy and local closed treatment of knee synovial plica syndrome curative effect;acupuncture therapy is superior to local blocking therapy;acupuncture therapy in treatment of knee joint synovial plica syndrome curative effect,no obvious side effect,the patient is easy to accept and has good security,has the clinical value of popularization.
