Objective: We choose acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese Medicine to treat Qi stagnation and blood stasis oviduct inflammatory infertility to observe the changes of TCM symptoms and signs,tubal patency and intrauterine pregnancy rate,and evaluate the safety and efficacy of this method.Method: According to the standard,selecting 82 patients in the outpatient and inpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2015 to February 2017.It was randomly divided into 41 cases in the control group and the treatment group.The control group was given Chinese herbal medicine Gexiazhuyu decoction,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in the abdomen,lower limbs and back in addition to the decoction of Chinese medicine.Guan Yuan,Qihai,Zhongji,Yinjiao,Guilai,Zigong,Xuehai,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Taichong,Geshu,Ganshu as acupoints,and the acupoints on the back treated by cupping therapy after acupuncture and moxibustion.The two groups were treated after menstruation,taking a daily treatment and contining for ten days,and one menstrual cycles for one course.After 3 courses of treatment and 6 courses of treatment,the changes of the evaluation indexes of the two groups were observed and recorded,and the curative effect was compared and analyzed.The pregnancy rate of two groups was compared for half a year.Result: 1.The age,course of disease,types of infertility,TCM symptoms and tubal patency of patients of two groups were statistically analyzed before treatment.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.After 3 and 6 courses of treatment,the difference of TCM symptoms and signs was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups of methods improved the symptoms and signs of patients.The difference between the control group and the treatment group was statistically significant, indicating that the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparing the number of tubal patency before and after the treatment,By statistical test P<0.05,that is,the two groups of methods have the effect of dredging the fallopian tubes.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.4.The rate of intrauterine pregnancy after six months follow-up was statistically significant.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),showing that the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher.Conclusion: 1.The treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese Medicine on Qi stagnation and blood stasis oviduct inflammatory infertility has no adverse effect and has high safety.2.Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese Medicine in improving TCM symptoms,signs,tubal patency and pregnancy rate in patients with oviduct inflammatory infertility due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis,better than the simple use of traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical effect is satisfactory.
