Research Of The Therapeutic Effect Of Activating Blood And Dissolving Blood-stasis On Oviduct Obstructive Infertility In Clinical Experiments

Objective1. To evaluate the clinical effect and security of Fuke Sanhao decoction on patients of oviduct obstructive infertility disease, by observing changes of the traditional chinese medical symptoms、the physical sign、testing indexes and the rate of pregnancy before and after treatment in patients of the oral traditional chinese medical herb group.2. To evaluate the clinical effect and security of Fuke Sanhao decoction combined with Guanchang decoction on patients of oviduct obstructive infertility disease, by observing changes of the traditional chinese medical symptoms、the physical sign、testing indexes and the rate of pregnancy before and after treatment in patients of the oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group.3. To comfirm that the therapy of oral and external therapy of traditional chinese medical herb is superior than the oral therapy of traditional chinese medical herb by comparing clinical effect and pregnancy rate of the oral traditional chinese medical herb group with the oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group, it can provide popular and applied evidence of Fuke Sanhao decoction and Guanchang decoction.4. To verify the effectively treatment method of oviduct obstructive infertility at present is activating blood and dissolving blood-stasis.MethodsClinical Research:58patients with oviduct obstructive infertility disease were randomly divided into the oral traditional chinese medical herb group which had30patients, the oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group which had28patients. It also took30patients with oviduct obstructive infertility disease as blank groupc at the same time. The patients in oral traditional chinese medical herb group were treated by Fuke Sanhao decoction. The patients in oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group were treated by Fuke Sanhao decoction and Guanchang decoction. The patients in blank group were not treated by medicine. There were one month for a course of treatment. All patients were treated in three courses. The clinical symptoms、the physical sign、the details of hysterosal-pingo-contrast sonography、the testing indexes、the untoward effects should be observed、 recorded and compared before and after treatment in statistical methods, and also compared between groups. And the rate of pregnancy also should be followed up after treatment in half of year.Results1. The pregnancy rate was25.926%in oral traditional chinese medical herb group,42.308%in oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group,3.571%in blank group. There was significant differences statistically between the oral traditional chinese medical herb group and the blank group, and there was also significant differences statistically between the oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group and the blank group (P<0.05), but there was no significant differences statistically between the oral traditional chinese medical herb group and the oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group (P>0.05)2. The curable and obviously effective rate was55.56%in oral traditional chinese medical herb group,76.92%in oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group,3.57%in blank group. There were all significant differences statistically among groups (P<0.05)3. The total effective rate was81.48%in oral traditional chinese medical herb group,88.46%in oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group,7.14%in blank group. The comparation of the total effective rate between the blank group and the oral traditional chinese medical herb group had significantly statistical differences. The comparation of the total effective rate between the blank group and the oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group had significantly statistical differences (P<0.05).But the comparation of the total effective rate between oral traditional chinese medical herb group and oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group had no statistical differences (P>0.05) 4. The comparation of the traditional chinese medical symptoms in oral traditional chinese medical herb group before and after treatment was significantly statistical differences (P<0.05). And it also was oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group(P<0.05). The comparation of the partial physical signs in two therapic groups before and after treatment was significantly statistical differences (P<0.05), but the comparation of the other physical signs in two therapic groups before and after treatment was not statistical differences (P>0.05)5. The pregnancy rate of primary infertility in two therapic groups was33.333%, the pregnancy rate of secondary infertility in two therapic groups was47.917%. There existed no statistical differences (P>0.05)6. The testing indexes of oral traditional chinese medical herb group and the oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group before and after treatment were not statistical differences (P>0.05), such as white blood cell、red blood cell、blood platelet、hemoglobin、glutamic-pyruvic transaminase、glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase、creatinine(Cr)、urea nitrogen(Bun).The untoward effects were not discovered. Fuke Sanhao decoction and Guanchang decoction were safe to apply in clinic.Conclusions1. Fuke Sanhao decoction could relieve the clinical symptoms and the physical sign, raise the curable and obviously effective rate and the total effective rate. The combination of Fuke Sanhao decoction and Guanchang decoction could evidently relieve the clinical symptoms and the physical sign, apparently raise the curable and obviously effective rate and the total effective rate. The therapy of oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis is superior than the therapy of oral traditional chinese medical herb. The therapy of oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis is worth populizing and appling in clinic.2. Followed up pregnancy in half of year after treatment, the oral traditional chinese medical herb group and the oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis method group could raise pregnancy rate, but the latter was more obviously. There was no significant differences statistically. It may be relative to the number of patients. The treatment of oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis is superior than the treatmen of oral traditional chinese medical herb in increasing the rate of pregnancy. The treatmen of oral chinese medical herb combined with clysis is worth populizing and appling in clinic.3. The pregnancy rate of secondary infertility were higher than the pregnancy rate of primary infertility in two treatment groups. It might be relate to simply disease-causes, short disease-course, not serious state of illness ect in secondary infertility, but it was no significant differences statistically. It may be relative to the number of patients.4. The Fuke Sanhao decoction and Guanchang decoction were both based on the therapeutic methods of activating blood and dissolving blood-stasis. They are safe and effective, worth populizing and appling in clinic. The activating blood and dissolving blood-stasis is the effectively treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility at present.
