Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and safety of the method of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment with oviduct obstructive infertility by the method of evidence-based medicine system.Methods Based on a comprehensive collection(2002-2017)CNKI,CBM,VIP,Pubmed and Web of Science and the database oviduct obstructive infertility as the method of acup uncture randomized controlled clinical study of literature with Meta-analysis method to get statistical-data,the system evaluate the efficacy and safety by using RevMan5.3 soft ware.Results A total of 534 retrieved documents,which by reading the title,abstract screen ing and the full text of the study,and ultimately into the 16 met the inclusion clinical trials in Chinese patients were enrolled a total of 1687 cases of systematic reviews.The 16 included trials methodological quality was mixd,and generally low.The Meta-an alysis showed that:(1)Acupuncture better than Conventional western medicine treatmen t[RR 1.30,95%CI(1.20,1.40),P<0.00001];(2)Acupuncture better than Traditional Chines e medicine therapy[RR 1.69,95%CI(1.38.2.06),P<0.00001];(3)Acupuncture combined wit h Chinese medicine better than Conventional western medicine treatmen[RR 1.31,95%CI(1.21.1.43),P<0.00001];(4)The pregnancy rate after acupuncture treatment better than C onventional western medicine treatment[RR 1.49,95%CI(1.22.1.83),P=0.0001].Conclusion ?The current evidence suggests that acupuncture or acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine therapy of oviduct obstructive infertility had better curative effects.?Compared with western medicine therapy,acupuncture and therapy was safety,easy operation and had lower side effects.?Due to our institute of literature into the methodological quality is low,the system evaluation result is not the clinical effectiveness,randomized controlled trial still needed in the future.
