Clinical Study On Treatment Of Dysphagia Caused By Pseudobulbar Palsy With Acupuncture Lianquan Three Needle

Objective:To evaluate the swallowing function of patients with pseudobulbar palsy after acupuncture at the Lianquan,and to evaluate the changes of swallowing function before and after treatment.Compared with the traditional acupuncture group,For the clinical treatment of the disease to provide new ideas and methods of new acupoints.Methods:In this study,60 patients with dysphagia caused by pseudobulbar palsy were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control.The patients were divided into two groups:Lianquan three needle group,Traditional acupuncture group of 30 cases.Traditional acupuncture group head acupuncture selected Baihui,top temporal lobe before the line,the top side of the line 1,the top side of the 2-line,the body needle selected Neiguan,Jiquan,Chize,Weizhong,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,with points with the disease Addition and subtraction,acupoints acupoints,Lianquan three needle group in the traditional acupuncture group selection hole based on the use of Lianquan three-pin.The swallowing function of the patients was evaluated before and after treatment.The curative effect was evaluated by statistical analysis.Two groups are once a day,six days for a course of treatment,rest after a day after the next course of treatment,a total of four courses of treatment after the clinical efficacy of the decision.(SSA)was used to evaluate the improvement of swallowing function before and after treatment in the patients with the three-needle group and the traditional acupuncture group.The evaluation of the swallowing ability and the standard swallowing function evaluation scale(SSA)were perf-ormed.Results:1.The classification of swallowing ability of Ruidian:the improvement of swallowing ability of Lianquan three-needle group and traditional acupuncture group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.The standard swallowing function evaluation scale(SSA):Two groups were decreased apparently(all P<0.05),and scores in the Lianquan three needle was the most obvious decline(P<0.05).3.the two groups of clinical efficacy comparison:treatment after 4 courses,the total effective rate of Lianquan three needle was 96.6%,the total effective rate of' Traditional acupuncture group was 73.3%,by chi-square test,Lianquan three needle group total efficiency is better than Traditional acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Lianquan three-needle treatment of pseudo-pulpal palsy after the difficulty of swallowing clinical efficacy is better than the traditional acupuncture group.2.Lianquan three needles have the ability to improve the function of false bulbar palsy dysphagia.
