Clinical Study Of Deep Needling Fengchi Combined With Electroacupuncture In Treating Dysphagia Due To Pseudobulbar Paralysis After Stroke

Purpose: through the 60 cases of patients with pseudo bulbar paralysis swallowing disorder symptoms and signs of quantitative criteria and observation of curative effect evaluation to explore the false bulbar paralysis caused by swallowing disorder after stroke patients in the use of deep stab the Fengchi with electric acupuncture treatment of clinical efficacy.To explore the significance and the promotion value of the deep puncture pond combined with electroacupuncture therapy.Methods: encephalopathy from Jilin province hospital treatment,acupuncture clinic and healing successively encoded as specified in the treatment of the patients,and then the random number in the table for60 patients with random Numbers and corresponding coding,60 random number generation,sorted by the order of the small and large treatment group corresponding to the random number in the top 30 patients,control group for random number corresponding to those in the bottom 30 patients,30 cases in each group.Treatment group: the treatment with the method of deep acupuncture and electroacupuncture.Control group: conventional acupuncture was used.Once a day,every time 30 minutes treatment,a total of 3 period of treatment,after 3 courses of treatment according to the kubota drinking water test and swallowing disorders curative effect evaluation indexes such as observation,curative effect observation treatment group and control group differences.Results: two groups of patients after 3 courses of treatment,the conventional acupuncture methods of the control group with deep stab the wind pool method with cupping therapy in the treatment group respectively in both before and after treatment was statistically difference(P < 0.05);There was a difference in the experimental classification of water drinking in the depression by using the methodof deep prick wind pool and the control group with the conventional acupuncture method,which was statistically significant(P < 0.05).With deep stab the Fengchi method with cupping therapy in the treatment group and the conventional acupuncture methods of the control group has difference in standard swallowing function score,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);The total effective rate of 93.33% was obtained from the treatment group using the method of deep puncture ventilation and electroacupuncture,including the cure rate of 20%,the efficiency33.33%,the effective rate of 40%,and the inefficiencies 6.67%.The conventional acupuncture methods of the control group received 76.67%of the total effective rate and cure rate 6.67%,the efficiency of 23.33%,effective rate was 46.67%,no efficiency 46.67%,the total effective rate in two groups have differences,there is statistically significant(P < 0.05),deep stab the wind pool with electric acupuncture is better than that of conventional acupuncture method.Conclusion: deep stab the Fengchi to match the cupping therapy and conventional acupuncture method for swallowing disorder caused by the false bulbar paralysis after stroke patients have curative effect,for swallowing disorder symptoms improve deep stab the wind pool with cupping method is superior to conventional acupuncture method.
