Acupuncture At Dongshi Qi To Treat Knee Joint Clinical Study Of Osteoarthritis

Objective: To evaluate objectively the curative effect of acupuncture at Dong's odd point in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA).In order to explore acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinics provide new ideas and new directions.Methods: A total of 70 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee who meet the inclusion criteria of acupuncture,osteoarthritis and sports medicine at the Affiliated Rui Kang Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as research objects.Seventy patients Randomly divided into treatment group(Dong's odd point group)and control group(oral western medicine group)two groups of 35 cases.The treatment group was given acupuncture treatment of Dong's odd point therapy once a day for 10 times in a row.The control group was given oral diclofenac sodium double release enteric capsule treatment,once a day,for 10 consecutive days,after the end of treatment Efficacy.Two groups of patients before and after treatment of pain,stiffness,difficulty in daily activities as indicators of observation,the establishment of a database,and statistics using statistical software,concluded that the assessment of acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis Dongzhi point clinical efficacy.Results: The study included 70 patients,the final effective cases were 65 cases,5 cases shedding,including two cases of treatment group off,the control group shedding three cases.The final statistical results suggest:(1)The treatment group and the control group in the knee pain,stiffness,difficulty in daily activities and other aspects of comparison,the test analysis:(1)before treatment: before treatment: between groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),the two groups were comparable;(2)After treatment: the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05);(3)The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The above points can be summarized,the treatment group and the control group can improve the patient's knee pain,stiffness and difficulty in daily activities and other symptoms,and the treatment group improved better than the control group.(2)The total curative effect between the treatment group and the control group: The treatment group was clinically cured in 4 cases,markedly effective in 15 cases,effective in 12 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.9%;control group cured in 2 cases,markedly effective in 6 cases,effective 13 Cases,ineffective in 11 cases,the total effective rate was 65.6%.After the test analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by acupuncture at Dong's odd point better than the control group of oral diclofenac sodium double release enteric capsule.Conclusion:(1)After treatment of patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint by acupuncture at Dongzhi points(Xinzhu,Xinmen and Huo Xiao points),the symptoms such as pain,stiffness and difficulty of daily life were improved in the treatment group,The curative effect is remarkable,and the overall curative effect is better than the single oral diclofenac sodium releasing enteric-coated capsules,which is a good way to treat this disease.(2)Tung's odd point treatment of knee osteoarthritis is a simple,effective curative effect and green safety advantages,suitable for clinical application.
