The Clinical Research Of The Yunpi Qingjie Decoction In Treating And The Habitus Susceptibility Of The Children Damp-heat Diarrhea

Purpose: Observation of the Yunpi Qingjie decoction in treating and the habitus susceptibility of the children damp-heat diarrhea.To prevent the happening of the damp-heat diarrhea by adjusting the constitution.Method: According to the inclusion criteria to select 100 cases of children with damp-heat Diarrhea,according to the Delphi method to classify children's physical into five kinds of equilibrium constitution qualitative,Yin deficiency of qualitative,Yang deficiency of quality,Qi deficiency of quality and phlegmy wet quality.Selected 100 cases of children indigestion randomly divided into two groups: treatment group for 50 cases,give Yunpi Qingjie decoction;control group for 50 cases,gave smecta and bifico.The course of the treatment is 3 days.after the treatment,comparing two groups of curative effect.Result: Phlegmy wet quality and Yang deficiency of quality in happening children damp-heat diarrhea has important significance.The Chinese native medicine Yunpi Qingjie decoction treats the young children with damp-heat diarrhea 50 examples(total effectiveness is 94.0%),treats the young children with damp-heat diarrhea 50 examples with the control group(total effectiveness is 88.0%),after statistics processing,the two has no significance difference(P > 0.05),and in improving some main symptoms.In improving the main aspects,the differences between the two groups inimproving Stool frequency,Character,water deprivation after treatment have no significance difference(P > 0.05);But in improving the secondary aspects,Thedifference etween the two groups in improving symptoms of vomit?poor appetite ? stomachache was statistically significant(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than the comparison group.Conclusion: Through to the constitutional type identification,to prevent the happening of the damp-heat diarrhea.Yunpi Qingjie decoction can obviously improve the symptoms of children damp-heat diarrhea,shorten the disease course of treatment,and prevent recurrent disease.
