Clinical Observation On Removed Damp Heat Method Of Damp Invasion Of Lower Energizer On Genital Tract Ureaplasma Urealyticum、Mycoplasma Hominis Infection

ObjectiveThis topic to observe the combines treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine in the clinical curative effect of Damp Invasion Of Lower Energizer On genital tract ureaplasma urealyticum、Mycoplasma hominis infection, observation method which combines YiHuang Tang with doxycycline.MethodsIncluding in the standard of60cases were treated by simple random number table method is divided into the treatment group30cases (YiHuang Tang joint doxycycline) and control group30cases (doxycycline alone). By observing the laboratory examination indexes and TCM symptom integral change to compare two groups of clinical curative effect of treatment.Results(1) Two groups of TCM symptoms curative effect comparison:Treatment group of30patients,5cases cured,20cases were markedly effective, effective in5cases,0no effect, the total efficiency of83.3%; Control group,30patients healed in2cases,4cases were markedly effective, effective in11cases,13cases of invalid, the total efficiency of10%. The curative effect of the two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05), the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.(2) Two groups to improve clinical curative effect comparison:Treatment group in improving symptoms (such as abnormal down, urine short red, vaginal discomfort, etc.) is superior to the control group with significant difference (P<0.05)Conclusions(1)Doxycycline、YiHuang Tang joint doxycycline has curative effect on Damp Invasion Of Lower Energizer On genital tract ureaplasma urealyticum、 Mycoplasma hominis infection, TCM symptoms improve the curative effect is distinct, that combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the disease is worth further study, have clinical application value.
