| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of FOLFOX4 regimen in patients with advanced gastric cancer(?b-stage)without oper? ation,and to observe the improvement of clinical symptom,the change of solid tumor size,the change of tumor marker,the clinical efficacy of the scheme was evaluated by physical condition and adverse reaction,to provide more clinical data for the clinical study of TCM in advanced gastric cancer,so as to promote the promotion and application of TCM in the treatment of cancer.Methods: 56 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the simple FOLFOX4 chemotherapy regimen,and the treatment group was treated with FOLFOX4 therapy in the control group,1 day 1 agent,3 times daily.2 weeks/cycle,4 consecutive treatment.The scores of TCM syndromes,tumor size,tumor marker value,KPS score,QLQ-C30 scale and adverse reaction were recorded and compared before and after treatment.Results: 1.Comprehensive efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.57%,the control group was 46.43%,the total efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Chinese medicine symptom total Score: The two groups before and after the treatment group Chinese Medicine symptom Total integral contrast has the obvious difference(P<0.05),after the treatment two groups of total score compare has the statistical significance(P<0.05),explained that the treatment group in alleviates the Chinese medicine symptom curative effect to be better than the control group.3.The recent changes in tumor size: The treatment group clinical efficiency and disease control rate of 32.14%,92.86%,respectively,the control group of 28.57%,60.71%,both are higher than the control group,the disease control rate(P<0.05)indicated that the treatment group was superior to control group in controlling tumor size.4.Tumor markers: In the two groups after treatment,the tumor markers of CEA,CA72-4,CA199 water average lower than before,the treatment group of 3 indicators decreased all have a statistical significance(P<0.05),the control group CA72-4 level decreased statistically significant(P<0.05),CEA,The level of CA199 was lower but not statistically significant(P>0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the level of tumor markers.5.Physical status: In the QLQ-C30 score,both groups of patients scored lower than before,treatment group score lower than the control group(P<0.01);In the KPS score,both groups had higher scores than before,and the treatment group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).All indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the physical condition.6.Safety analysis: Treatment group observed neurotoxicity,liver and kidney damage,gastrointestinal reaction,bone marrow inhibition,and other 4 aspects of the disease did not occur in the control group,and no new toxic side effects,and in the neurotoxicity,gastrointestinal response(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group in safety than the control group.Conclusion: It is better to use and popularize the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,TCM symptom integral,control tumor body size,decrease tumor marker level,enhance physical condition and clinical safety of FOLFOX4 in patients with advanced gastric cancer and spleen-qi deficiency syndrome. |
