| Objective:to study the spleen blood decoction treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of pixu (spleen deficient) with combination chemotherapy of advanced gastric cancer clinical efficacy, adverse reaction, which provide experience for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:selected64patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group with western medicine FOLFOX4chemotherapy regimens. Treatment group was treated in the control group on the basis of dialectical for invigorating blood circulation to soup to drink, for8weeks after treatment outcome. The analysis before and after treatment in both groups, and compare the clinical curative effect of two groups.Results:8weeks after treatment, in the primary focal tumors size comparison, the treatment group total effective rate was46.67%, control group total effective rate was40%, there was no statistically significant difference (p=0.563>0.05); In terms of weight is compared, the treatment group after treatment increased weight8cases, the total effective rate was26.67%, the control group after treatment weight gain in3, the total effective rate was10%, treatment group effectiveness is higher than the control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P=0.029<0.05). In immune function comparison, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+group by t test, p less than0.05, the immune function in treatment group is better than that in control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (p<0.05). Carr’s score after treatment by the rank and inspection, z=--3.135, P=0.002, the treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); In the aspect of adverse reaction in treatment group after treatment toxic and side reaction is less than the control group, two groups are significant difference (P<0.05);Conclusion:under the guidance of TCM theory, on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy treatment with an invigorating blood soup dialectical phlegm and blood stasis type of advanced gastric cancer, pixu (spleen deficient) can significantly improve the patients quality of life, reduce the side reaction of chemotherapy. |
