Objective : The subject mainly through randomized controlled research methods,the combination of chiropractic therapy and acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis of the knee and simple acupuncture treatment,objective and true evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis Arthritis provides effective ideas and methods.Methods:Subjects were selected from January 2017 to January 2018 to visit the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine Renai Branch 60 patients were diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis.Sixty patients were equally divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random grouping method.The observation group was treated with chiropractic combined with acupuncture and the control group with pure acupuncture.Two groups of patients were treated 3 times a week,each treatment time was 30 minutes,1 week for a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 2 weeks.Both groups were assessed visually before and after treatment using visual analog scale VAS and knee WOMAC to assess their clinical efficacy.The patients were followed up within 2 months after treatment to understand the specific changes in their condition and to record related adverse reactions.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,duration of illness,and BMI before treatment between the two groups(p>0.05),demonstrating comparability between the two groups.The VAS and WOMAC scales before and after treatment in both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,6 patients were cured in the observation group,the cure rate was 20.0%,the total effective rate was 93.3%,and 2 cases relapsed after two months.In the control group,3 cases were cured,the cure rate was 10.0%,the total effective rate was 83.4%,and 2 cases relapsed after two months.Conclusion : Chiropractic combined with acupuncture is effective in improving knee pain,physiological function,and quality of life,and is superior to acupuncture treatment alone.Has a certain clinical timeliness and science,it is worth promoting.
