| Objective:The knee joint osteoarthritis is a common disease and frequently encountered disease in orthopedics.It' s symptoms display multiplicity and it' s etiological factor' s are multiplicity,on account of extension of crowd' s anticipated life span,The knee joint osteoarthritis' attack rate is obviously increasing.Amond the above sixty years old people,50 percent of crowd' s X ray plate show osteoarthritis' reflect,of which 35 percent to 50 percent people show clinical manifestation,and Amond the above seventy-five years old people,80 percent people exists the symptoms of osteoarthritis,which acutely influence the health and quality of life of the people.The course of knee joint osteoarthritis is very long,which of pathogenetic condition is repeated relapse.Curative chronicity,the common therapeutic efficacy in modern medicine at present,numerous side effect,expensive cost lead to the enormous burden of consciousness and economy.Dangguisinitang is a classical prescription or recipe which have wenjingshanhan and yangxuetongmai effect.It is commonly applied to treat The knee joint osteoarthritis clinically,which usually get a good effect.The research objective is to investigate the clinical curative effect about the oral administration of Dangguisinitang jiawei which is guided by wenyanghuoxuefa in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis of yangxuhanning,by observing the change of patient in clinical sympton and physical sign and analyzing clinical curative effect,and to seek for a safe and valid program for it.Methods:All the 60 patients consistent with the internalize standard were randomly divided into two groups,two groups both go with knee joint function training. The treament group was treated by the oral administration of dangguisinitang jiawei.The control group was treated by celecoxib,Yiartril-S.Melzack' s VAS is applied to score for the pain degree of patient.Then reference to the Lysholm and Gillquist' s score standardization of knee joint function made a observation table according to patients' score of joint function about knee joint osteoarthritis of yangxuhanning.After four week,all the acquired data were done statistical treatment,and carried out prior treatment and post- treatment comparision and group comparison.To evaluate joint pain,the joint function,the comprehensive curative effect,and adverse effects etc of these patients.Results:The therapies of two groups are equivalence.The total effective rate of treament group is 80.O0%,the control group is 76.67%.After been examined by Ridit analysis(P＞0.05),the difference between two groups has not statistical significant.Comparing the symptoms and physical sign integrals of patients before treatment and post treatment,all the indexs have statistical significant (P＜0.05),the results of post treatment are better than that of before treatment obviously.The comparison between two groups,except two item "pain" and "interlocking" that is in score standardization of knee joint function of the treament group doesn't has an advantage to the control group(P＞0.05),the difference between two groups has not statistical significant, at relieving joint pain symptom(VAS),the control group has an advantage to the treament group(P＜0.05),the difference between two groups has statistical significant.After been examined by T test,the other indexs have statistical significant between two groups(P＜0.05),the treament group has an advantage to the control group.There are no cases to appear adverse effect in treament group.The control group has 2 patients to show up adverse effect:2 patients have some unwell in gastric cavity,however,after the symptons is dealed wi- th,the patients can continue receiving therapy.Conclusion:The effect of using wenyanghuoxuefa to treat knee joint osteoarthritis of yangxuhanning is to relieve clinical symptom and improve joint fuction obviously.Moreover,it has no any side effect,It is a safe and effective therapeutic process for generalization.
