Objective:Subject of this study was to summarize clinical data and documents reported,on the basis of using randomized controlled clinical research method,According to the study of tibial lever based on primary knee osteoarthritis,using the theory of Chinese medicine acupuncture points,fine steel needle puncture pre-determined point observation experiment,Ilizarov technique for application draft orthopaedic curative effect analysis for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Select five specific treatment knee pain acupoint,according to the direction of lower limb power line correction,steel continuous stimulation,observe the Ilizarov drafting orthopaedic surgery,the knee arthritis pain relief and the role of promoting the healing of bone cutting.Provide clinical support for clinical trials of primary knee osteoarthritis treatment.The results of the two sets of statistical analysis were obtained,and the results were discussed.Methods:All 76 patients were selected for the ilizarov technique,which is characterized by the pain of the medial side of the knee and the knee joint, which is more than two years old.The experimental group was randomly divided into two groups,38 cases(in which the acupoints were put into a fixed group),and the control group was 38.Preoperative routine inspection,fully communication with the patient,let people understand and realize the purpose of the operation,postoperative necessary with shelf life and the process of review and postoperative exercise need to experience.The first two sets of knee joint KSS scores were measured for TFA,TPA,and knee motion.Selection of commonly used treatment of knee osteoarthritis of knee pain point 5: st 36,gb 34,Yin ling springs,three vaginal intercourse,is point o(generally choose the medial tibia platform tenderness obviously).The patient underwent the operation in total anesthesia.Into the needle,according to the direction of acupuncture points through the acupuncture point,and through bone,fix the steel ring external fixator predefined position(patients under anesthesia could not judge the needle feeling,can only according to the direction of the acupuncture needle to needle and retaining needle),successfully installed bone external fixator.A small incision bone in the tibia tubercle and confirms the success of the truncated bone.The retracer fixer is placed in the position of the original deformity,so as to facilitate the operation of the treatment.The two groups adjusted the external fixer after operation,and the time of the drawing correction was usually 10-15 days.5.By observing two groups,1,3,6,10 months after the review,parallel knee KSS score,evaluation of knee pain symptoms,orthopaedic cut bone of the bone healing(demolition of external fixator of time),and the adjustment of the two groups of lower limb deformities(TPA TFA),and so on and so forth.Data collation,statistical analysis.Results:The two groups of patients had comparability,uniformity,homogeneity,external fixator structure,the number of cloth needle method and the number of installation needles,as well as the force line direction of the drawing correction,all choose unilateral lower limb bone cutting orthopaedic.Qi and blood of the related points adjust action,the experimental group 1-3 months after surgery of knee joint pain symptoms quickly and stable,knee function get timely recovery within three months after surgery,at the same time,orthopaedic cut bone of the bone healing time,reduce wear of external fixator to treat patients with inconvenient and pain.Conclusion:The results of the two groups using the ilizarov technique are no different,proving that the two groups used the external fixer to extend the lower extremity of the lower extremity.Only when the external fixator was installed,the two areas of the needle were adjusted accordingly: the experimental group wore the needle in the acupoint area of the body.The control group avoided the acupoint area and wore a needle in the anatomical area.The experimental group adjusted the lower limb force line after operation,the steel needle in the ilizarov ring of the external fixator was constantly tightened and a potential acupuncture point was formed in the acupoint area.According to the knee KSS score,1-3 months postoperatively,experimental knee osteoarthritis knee pain symptoms,joint function rehabilitation,and the healing of bone cutting and so on,and there are differences between the control group.Experimental group patients shortened to wear in the process of external fixator to treat pain,patients with increased confidence in the drafting of ilizarov technique orthopaedic,facilitate the drafting of ilizarov technique further promotion of orthopaedic surgery.
