Objective:Using a combination of clinical observation and statistics analysis,through to the cognitive impairment after stroke patients awake brain tong du stitch intervention,and establish the control group were compared.It is clear that the clinical effect of waken brain acupuncture on cognitive dysfunction after stroke is a clinical basis for further clinical development of the use of waken.Methods:In the case of 60 patients with cognitive impairment,a control group was divided into 30 patients and 30 patients in the control group.Is the basis of cerebrovascular disease treatment in both groups,the control group routine acupuncture combined with cognitive training,treatment group with refreshing du acupuncture combined with cognitive training,treatment course for one month.Before and after treatment with Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MOCA),simple mental state check table(MMSE)and daily life scale(ADL)evaluation,score compared with t test,using SPSS19.O statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 79.2%,compared with67.8 percent in the control group,and the difference in the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The MOCA,MMSE and ADL scores of both groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The two groups did not show any significant adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion : This study strongly suggested that refreshing tong du stitch on the curative effect of cognitive dysfunction after stroke,and is superior to conventional acupuncture treatment,has a broad application prospect.
