Local Area Court、four God Astute With Dialectical Find Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Post-stroke Cognitive Dysfunction

Objective:This study used a randomized control study method,with Oxiractam temple pieces of western medicine treatment as control, to observe the clinical effect of treatment group with will god court, four chung cooperate to find syndrome differentiation,to explore the curative division, four god astute with dialectical find out the clinical curative effect of treatment of stroke in patients with cognitive impairment,for clinical treatment of cognitive impairment in stroke patients screened the reliable,effective and standard treatment.Methods:Selected 60 cases of stroke in patients with cognitive dysfunction after using the method of random divided into electric acupuncture group(treatment group) and drug treatment group(control group), 30 cases in each group. The treatment group in the conventional acupuncture cupping, connection to god court with four god astute hole as a set, behind four hearing about two holes for another group, select the density wave, the timing for 30 minutes, strength to of the patients tolerated.The drug treatment group given Oxiractam temple tablet(Hunan pharmaceutical industry limited company production, batch number:H20030037. Approved by the state) usage: 800mg/tid.After treatment,the two groups were given rehabilitation of cognitive function,4weeks for a period of treatment, with 2 course of treatment. Before and after treatment the 60 patients were accept simple mental state examination(MMSE) integral evaluation, ability of daily life(ADL) score(Barthel index score method) integral evaluation, Montreal cognitive assessment scale(Mo CA) integral evaluation, Through integral differential change before and after the treatment, observation between treatment group and control group of cognitive function in patients with stroke and daily life ability to improve the situation, and then compare the clinical efficacy of two treatment method.Results:1. The MMSE scale: After treatment, MMSE score of control group increased more significantly than before,the treatment group’s score increased more significantly. It is with statistical difference.2. The Barthel scale: After the treatment, the score of both of two groups increased more significantly than before treatment. Compared with the control group the treatment group’s score was significantly improved at the same time. It is with statistical difference.3. The MoCA scale: After treatment, the score of both groups increased more significantly than before treatment. Compared with the control group the treatment group’s score was significantly improved at the same time. It is with statistical difference.Conclusions:1.Both of the two methods can improve the score of cerebral palsy, functional independence ability gross motor,function and developmental quotient.2.The therapeutic effect of treatment group is better than the control group’s.
