| Objective:To observe the effect on nerve function of stroke cognitive impairment by "regulate du and improve intelligence". Evaluating the acupuncture theory of "regulate du and improve intelligence" on nerve function of stroke cognitive impairment.Methods:In accordance with the inclusion criteria in65patients with cognitive impairment after stroke were randomly divided into acupuncture group of33cases and the control group32cases, the acupuncture group by"regulate du and improve intelligence" for8weeks; the control group oral piracetam,3times a day. Every time0.8g for8weeks.To evaluate the status of cognitive function before and after treatment respectively for the two group (MMSE), and the degree of neural function defect(MSSS).Results:1.Two groups showed improvement in score of leather (P>0.01), after treatment of acupuncture group compared with the control group, there were statistically different in MMSE score (P<0.05), and the effective rate was higher than that of the control group.2.Group two patients before and after treatment group within the degree of neural function defect score (MSSS) were improved significantly (P<0.01),"regulate du and improve intelligence" can reduce cognitive impairment after stroke in patients with MSSS scores, compared with the control group were significant (P<0.01), and the rate were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:"Regulate du and improve intelligence" acupuncture may improve cognitive impairment after stroke and the degree of nerve function defect degree, improve patients’ survival quality, efficacy, clinicalless side reaction, low cost, reduce patient and social burden, and Western medicine rehabilitation therapy has significant advantages, is the treatment of cerebral stroke cognitive dysfunction is a kind of economic, effective method. |
